The wire breaks from anything! Like just brushing my teeth etc. Also the bottom wire makes it difficult to speak sometimes as it cuts my tongue and always causes sores. I thought that once I get my braces off it'll be done with this! But that's really not the case. It's either a bad quality wire permanently glued to your teeth or a removable retainer for the rest of your life.... not sure if it's worth it for over 6 thousand already.

After the appointment he spoke to the front desk lady and told her he would speak to his wife and call them for an appointment as my son was agitated. He was IN THE PARKING LOT lot still buckling my son up in his car seat, when I got a call from the same lady who told me she needed to book an appointment. I was not even aware that the procedure ended as my husband didn't even have the chance to call me (BECAUSE HE HADN'T EVEN LEFT YET). I said "oh they're done?" Her exact words were" Yah your son didn't do well at all so we have to book a full sedation appointment to do the rest." I was obviously taken aback as I was already anxious. I told her to at least give me a chance to speak to my husband and see what happened. He had just got into the car when I called. I complained to the Manager and got nowhere except an insincere apology. For the little dental work he did get done, the Dentist was good - but for God's sake get better office staff, maybe ones who can understand simple etiquette when dealing with parents and their children's care. They took the time to go over the all steps during the prep and answered all of my daughter's questions. I could tell that my daughter was more relaxed once her questions were addressed by the prep nurse. Dr. Klein also has a great sense of humor which also helped put my daughter at ease. We had 2 separate visits (once to remove 2 teeth from the top and again to remove 2 teeth from the bottom) and I must say, I was very impressed with how well the procedures went from prep to recovery.
