My family of four chose this hotel to stay at while visiting the Cincinatti Zoo and Kings Island…read more It's about a 10 minute drive from Kings Island but the cost of the hotel was at least $100 less than the closer hotels in Mason. Staff was really friendly when checking in/out and at breakfast. The room was fairly newer. The chair/desk were broke in our room but that didn't bother us to much. There was a broken mirror molding in the closet that was broken from the bathroom. Kinda tacky that it was left in the room. There was a plug outlet that didn't hold any plugs(plugs fell out of the outlets) My family slept fairly well. A/C and hear both worked extremely well in the room. Breakfast was hot. Served from 6am-10am. Staff was friendly and helped assist guests and made sure everything was well stocked, even minutes before closing. Plenty of choices: waffles, eggs, sausage, cereal, fruit, bagels, etc! The breakfast room could have been larger. Guests were eating in the pool area because there was not enough tables available. For the price you really can't go wrong. Location is perfect right off the freeway and across from premium outlets. Lots of restaurants in the area. My boyfriend and I plan to visit next summer and we will definitely keep this hotel in mind!

My kids took pictures of the note and posted on social media as they thought it was hilarious. Well, upon entering the pool, is was too cold, so we all went back to our room, only to be locked out because the key card wouldn't work. The key card seemed to not work ever, as every time we left the room and came back, we had to go to the front desk to have it re keyed. Not fun when you have to wait 10-15 minutes to get in your room every time you come back to it. Also found out they've had bed bugs here before...the front desk admitted this but reassured us that our room was not one of the rooms that was occupied by the pests.

I paid premium price for a substandard hotel stay. It cost me about $700. For a short night stay. I…read morebooked through Hilton cust svc because another Hampton Inn overbooked and the reserved room was not available. They then booked a room at another hotel that was also full. I was charged over $330 when Hilton cancelled it "late". After an addition 5 hour drive, because they gave me wrong driving directions. I arrived here at 3 am. The door to the room they booked would not open - it seemed to be occupied. So, ii am this room. You must close the door to use the toilet. Then you cannot open the door with a bath mat in place. The coffee supplied does not fit the coffee maker in the room. The sounds from others in the hallway is very clear - it sounds as if they are in this room. I'm not sure why the "tile floor" is rough and dirty. It appears to be worn out, and it is not cleaned behind the door. The bathroom design is bad. Late checkout is noon. The parking lot is too small for the hotel - it was full but the hotel wasn't. The desk clerk was friendly and helpful. She deserves 5 stars.

I've stayed at many Hampton Inns over the years, and usually appreciate the comfort and…read moreconsistency. This trip, however, was a difficult one for my family--my mother-in-law is in hospice nearby--and unfortunately, the hotel experience added stress when we needed rest. Housekeeping was the biggest issue. We checked in Saturday and left Wednesday, but our room was only serviced once (and at 9 a.m. while we were getting ready). We asked for towels and trash removal; towels came, but the garbage was never emptied. By day three, it was overflowing. We also ran out of toilet paper and had to go to the desk to ask for it. Staff explained housekeeping finishes around 2 p.m., but that schedule made it hard for us to receive service at all. The hotel itself is nice, and the location near Liberty Center is convenient. The day-shift manager was kind and helpful, which I appreciated. But between the road noise, early morning staff carts, and inconsistent cleaning, the stay didn't provide the comfort or reliability we hoped for during a very hard time. Next trip, I'll choose the Marriott AC nearby.

The hotel was beautiful! A couple bars located within the hotel, they only offer valet so if you…read moredon't pay for valet you'll have to find a parking garage near by. This hotel is located next to many bar/restaurants easy to walk to. Safe location, views from the upper floors are nice.

My girlfriend and I stayed here on September 20th. It is a nice hotel located in the Liberty Center…read moreshopping/entertainment complex. The room has a clean, minimalist look. There was a mini-type fridge with some water in it but I couldn't tell whether the water was included or extra. There was no separate refrigerator which is a shame being there are so many restaurants in Liberty Center. The room was cozy and the bed very comfortable but there wasn't a lot of amenities. There is a small mini-safe, iron and ironing board and a small area where you can hang a few clothes. The shower is kind of an open style shower with no door. These rooms aren't designed for long stays. The big draw would be it's in Liberty Center and you can shop, eat and drink and not have to worry about driving. I would recommend for one night but probably not more than one. Rooms are in the $200 plus range. There is a bar area on the 2nd floor and it is nice. If you elected on getting breakfast in the morning it's is around $14 a person. There is a small store in the lobby with sodas and snacks for purchase. There is parking near the hotel but if you've never been here before, I would recommend you come early so you can locate it. We stayed overnight because we went to a comedy show at the Funny Bone which is within walking distance. I do recommend.

Dated Hotel but Affordable and Clean…read more I stayed in this Marriot property during a visit to the Middletown area. The hotel is somewhat dated and could use a facelift but is very clean, well-staffed and close to highways and local amenities. My room for one night was a standard king room with a divider between the living room and the bed. The room and bathroom were as clean as they could get and the wifi was easy to connect to. The heating and AC unit functioned as it should and I had no issues increasing or decreasing the temperature in the room. My bed was comfortable and I had a good night's sleep. Breakfast was the standard fare of this hotel level with hot and cold offerings as well as pastries, breads and cereals. The staff were great and the check-in and check-out process were accomplished through the BonVoy app.

Marriott is our choice hotel and we have stayed everywhere on the east coast in them. Customer Service by the morning staff is outstanding along with Jessikah. But Jeni needs a new job. Customer service was abhorrent at best. As extremely loyal Marriottist's we have never been talked to that way. Toilet seat didn't fit the toilet. Don't feel safe here because all the doors are left unlocked. Landscaping is a jungle. Toilet has been sitting in the smoking area for 6 days. There are holes in the shade. This is unacceptable for Marriott. And especially $120 a night. Stay somewhere else folks. I rated it a one because it won't let me leave zero.
