My rear passenger window is broken. It wont roll all the way up. It's about 2" open.. everytime I…read moreget my truck washed I get sprayed and the people that dry your car right after you've been through the wash always take the time to wipe down the inside of the window. Well, yesterday while I was waiting to go into the wash, a very nice guy taped up my window so I wouldn't get the inside of my truck sprayed. I was very thankful for that. They are always so friendly.

Extremely disappointing experience. 06-23-26…read more I brought my practically brand-new truck in for a wash after owning it for only two weeks. I paid for the $30 service, left a $10 tip on top of the wash price, and drove away expecting my vehicle to be treated with reasonable care. Unfortunately, after arriving home I discovered damage to a plastic component on the truck that I know was not present before my visit. To make matters worse, after driving away, I also noticed that my rear windshield had not even been properly cleaned. For a business that advertises "full service", that level of attention to detail is unacceptable. The manager offered to re-wipe the windshield but it was already too late at that point. That wasn't the reason I took extra time to drive back nor what I was looking for. It should've been done right at first once I paid, tipped and before driving off. I was not looking for compensation or trying to create an issue where none existed. My only goal was to bring the concern to their attention and encourage greater care with customers' vehicles. However, when I returned and showed the damage, my concerns were immediately dismissed. The explanation I was given was that if the damage had been caused during the wash, the roof of the truck would have been damaged as well. That reasoning simply does not hold up. The damaged area is plastic, while the roof is metal. Different materials wear and react differently under stress. In fact, the most likely explanation is that equipment such as the wash brushes or wipers was operating at excessive speed or pressure, causing contact with and damage to the plastic component without affecting the metal roof. What I found most frustrating was being asked to return and show the vehicle in person, only to have any possibility of responsibility rejected without meaningful consideration. Businesses do not earn trust by being perfect--they earn trust by taking customer concerns seriously and handling them professionally. Unfortunately, that did not happen here. I wish I would've read the reviews before giving this place a try because after reading some of the recent reviews on this business, I can see i'm not the only one who has had a negative experience. Just after reading a few comments, people are reporting the same issues I had with this business. Between the damage concern, the incomplete wash, and the complete lack of accountability afterward, this was an experience I cannot recommend. This was my first visit, and it will also be my last.

I decided after the first poor job that I would return and give them another shot at it. But they disappointed again because they didn't even wipe down the roof of my car and there was all kinds of residue spots. When I went, I told them about my first experience and how disappointed I was the employees could care less. For a $40 car wash plus a five dollar tip, I could've done a better job. I will not be returning. Update: The owner was extremely receptive to my review. He immediately reached out and was ready to make it right. He put me in touch with the manager and they took the time to clean my vehicle. I appreciate their attention to customers concerns.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but after this experience I feel it's important to share…read more I've been coming to Simi Valley Car Wash for the Manager Special, which includes carpet cleaning. Unfortunately, I've had the exact same issue five separate times. Each visit, the carpets have been left excessively wet. Even after keeping the windows and doors open for nearly 48 hours, parts of the carpet are still damp and develop a musty, swamp-like odor. Every single time, I've had to return to have the work redone. I want to be fair because the customer service from the young men writing the tickets, the young lady at the front office, and the manager has consistently been excellent. Every time, they have been polite, professional, and willing to make things right. They deserve recognition for how they've represented the company they work for. The problem is that having to make a second trip after every carpet cleaning is simply unacceptable. What finally convinced me not to return was my interaction with the owner on July 23, 2026. I pulled in intending to explain, as I had on previous visits, that the carpet was still overly wet and had developed the same musty odor. Instead of listening, the owner approached me in a confrontational manner, raised his voice, spoke over me, and immediately blamed me for the smell. He insisted that carpet cleaning couldn't cause odors and told me I needed to take better care of my vehicle. He also kept getting within arm's distance, trying to be intimidating. I offered for him to sit in the vehicle, close the doors, and smell it for himself. I told him that when I turn on the AC, it gets even worse and smells like a swamp. He then said it was because I don't change my AC air filter. I explained that I change it almost every month or every other month because of my daughter's allergies. He refused to believe me and said I needed to change it again, even though the smell was clearly coming from the carpet in the rear of the vehicle where it was the worst. He then told me, "How about this: why don't you go change your filter again, and if it still smells, then we'll talk about doing it again." I explained that I used to detail cars and that if too much water or cleaning solution is left in the carpet without proper extraction, it can absolutely create a mildew or musty smell. Rather than having a professional conversation, he told me I didn't know what I was talking about and dismissed everything I said before again blaming me for the condition of my car after it left his business. Everyone can have a bad day, and mistakes happen. What matters is how a business responds when a loyal customer brings a recurring issue to their attention. Instead of listening and trying to understand why I'd had the same problem five consecutive times, the owner chose to argue, blame the customer, and be disrespectful. Because of that interaction, I won't be returning. I hope the owner realizes that good customer service starts at the top. His employees have shown me more professionalism and respect than he did.
