From start to finish, the entire experience exceeded my expectations. Ian, the owner, has over 20 years of detailing experience, and that expertise was evident in every step of the process. The work included a full wash, clay bar treatment, decontamination, a meticulous two-step paint correction, and the installation of a ceramic coating. His attention to detail and commitment to perfection were second to none. Ian was an absolute pleasure to work with. He maintained excellent communication throughout the entire process, kept me informed every step of the way, answered all of my questions, and delivered exactly what he promised. On top of that, his pricing was very fair for the level of craftsmanship and care he provides. The results are simply breathtaking. The paint now has an incredible depth and gloss, and when the Shelby sits in the sunshine, it absolutely comes alive. I honestly don't think this car has ever looked this good. The finish is mirror-like, the color has tremendous richness, and the ceramic coating gives me confidence that it will stay protected for years to come. I needed to shine rubber shoes with a high shine. I looked everywhere an could not find anything to give me a high gloss for my boots. In desperation I went to the store and Caleb helped me out. There was some resin spilled in one of the compartments that was still a little tacky afterward, a few sap spots remained on the exterior, and there were still some marks left in one of the cupholders. This isn't my normal car wash, but I didn't want to go all the wagon moon I was in a bit of a rush and wanted to just take my car while it was still wet and go vacuum it just a bit, but the man at the end insisted I wait 10 minutes. I get it. They wanted to make sure one of the guys could wipe it down and wipe the windows. They take pride in their work. I get it, but I really wanted to vacuum my car which I didn't get to do because they then parked another car behind mine and I could only exit at that point. I would come again though. But not allowing me to vacuum after telling me I could for free, is why I gave 4 starts instead of 5.

So, I brought an automated pump into my car and placed it on the floor in the back seat. Then I went to get my car washed. I've since looked all over my home in case I was possibly mistaken. But, the air pump is gone. I'm so disappointed that someone would steal from my car and think I wouldn't notice. Decent quality wash and wax... poor ethical standards though.
