They really advertise for a much better experience than what is given in reality, including "on-Site and Transportation to and from the venue," which means that if equipment breaks down (and it did) that you are left waiting to pile onto a bus whenever they can get one to your guests. Walking into the space, all I could see was an awful slab floor. It looked as if they were still in renovation stage or something. Just awful. Your guests get one little coat rack that looks as if they bought it online, and it's in a back hallway as you make your way to the restrooms. It's a cramped space and I wonder why this place was so poorly built, but then I remembered what I call the 'benefactor factor,' and it became more and more clear. The only way that this place becomes "gorgeous," as it's been referred to in other posts, is if you spend a ton of money with a trained event professional (outside and separate cost, of course) to beautify it. Otherwise, you have a small room with a slab floor to work with. The only redeeming quality of the place is the outside deck.

My husband and I were looking for a beautiful venue with historic charm, & we were blessed to find this gem so close to home! Spending the morning at Venue3Two as we prepared for the ceremony was such a peaceful experience! As I got my hair & makeup done, as we got dressed, as we did our first look, as we took pictures with the bridal party, I was just amazed by the romantic elegance found in every corner & every room of the 1920s mansion! Then, after we returned from the ceremony at my church, one of my favorite moments of the day was bustling my dress in the bridal suite on the second floor & looking out the window to the backyard where I saw guests relaxing on the terrace & enjoying cornhole & giant jenga (outdoor games the venue provided). During the cocktail hour and reception, I loved being able to enjoy drinks in the great room as well as the charcuterie table in the dining room, being able to feel the sunshine through the large windows as we dined in the conservatory, & being able to find delicious desserts in the kitchen. Another one of my favorite parts of the venue was the fireplace in the great room where we displayed the family wedding photos on top of the mantle. Every time I walked past it, I found guests & other vendors taking a look at the photos which made me smile! We also had our engagement photos displayed on the giant TV in the conservatory which people loved to look at throughout the cocktail hour & reception! In the evening, the terrace was magical with its outdoor lights providing a perfect romantic setting for the rest of the night. I can't believe how smoothly everything ran throughout the day, and that is because of the incredible service provided by the Venue3Two team! They were very professional & attentive, and my venue coordinator, Stochia McDaniel, was so incredibly helpful as we discussed & planned the big day for several months! The space is beautiful. It has great light and neutral decorations that you can add to, take away, or just leave as is for any event. Romeyne is flexible, friendly, easy to work with, and quick to respond.

The Gallery Space can host up to 100 people. It comes with a kitchenette area, 10 round tables, folding chairs, and 4 - 5 long tables. You can bring in your own food and drink, which was exactly what we were looking for. Current rental prices are $500 for 4 hours on the weekend, with an additional $100 for each hour. You are charged a deposit that will be refunded at the conclusion of your event and after they have completed their walkthrough.

We were quickly seated at a table with a nice view of the golf course. Our drink orders were quickly taken and we ordered our burgers-medium rare as always. Our lunches arrived a few minutes later and well done would have been an under characterization of how much these burgers were cooked. They certainly didn't taste any better. My "plain" burger was loaded with onions and lettuce that I had to pick off. No attention to detail. Also To be fair, if I was at a friends BBQ and was served a burger of this calibre, I would say nothing and simply enjoy the time with friends. At a restaurant however, this is unacceptable. Halfway through our lunch, our server asked how everything was and offered to remake everything. We declined just wanting to finish and leave. Two positives, our drinks were quickly refilled and the view was nice. I think I learned something here-don't chase deals. I would have gladly paid much more for a perfectly cooked burger.

They told me that nothing that inflates is allowed in the pool and then two day later I was told no adult swimming devices (only pool noodles) because there was a problem last year where kids couldn't swim in the deep end because it was filled with adults. Which makes me question... is this only for kids now?? I think it's not fair for the adults who want to come to the pool and float around in the deep end (which kids don't typically swim in anyways!). Outrages honestly, especially since employees are telling people different things. Everyone needs to get on the same page, and I know I'm not the only one upset at no floating devices for adults.
