That first day we went over my situation, treatment plan for the next two weeks and she even cleaned up my post op area around my knee and reapplied new dressings and what not, I did not expect that to happen and it was so nice of her. She is also very adamant about getting you the paperwork you need for work. I requested a duty limitation letter from her on a Friday morning and she had it easy to go on Monday morning, in my inbox of my email. Very professional, caring and helpful with anything you need in your recovery. Fast forward three (3) months, I absolutely love Jessica and Russell as my PT team. They are so nice, welcoming, understanding and supportive when it comes to recovery. They both listen and care when you are feeling uncomfortable with movements and have an alternative ready to go.
