The office agreed to take my card off file. I requested a duty limitation letter from her on a Friday morning and she had it easy to go on Monday morning, in my inbox of my email. Very professional, caring and helpful with anything you need in your recovery. Fast forward three (3) months, I absolutely love Jessica and Russell as my PT team. They are so nice, welcoming, understanding and supportive when it comes to recovery. They both listen and care when you are feeling uncomfortable with movements and have an alternative ready to go.
