The folks that scheduled my appointment were very helpful and professional once I arrived to the reception area, the receptionist was very patient and kind to me. I had trouble parking so I was six minutes late for my "arriving early ahead of appointment" time. Right away that helped me to feel welcomed and that everything was gonna be OK The technician for my CT scan was exceptional. His name is JJ. He was so kind and courteous. He made sure to explain each step to me beginning with helping me to secure the dressing room door and he gave me very specific & conscientious caring instructions on how I was to place myself onto the table for the scan. He made me feel cared about and calm I appreciated how professional he was and friendly This was my first time at a Wave Imaging at this location. I would definitely come back and I recommend it. I hope that JJ can be recognized by his supervisor or even the director of the facility. This is an All-Star quality employee -not only do I hope you can advance him when the time is right, but I hope that you will recognize him for what he is doing right now, which is providing exceptional care And he has such a good heart. This place is absolutely asinine. From the front desk straight to the radiologist himself. This company needs to consider shutting this place down because all they're doing is a disservice to the patient. I'm a caregiver and help my client with all her care needs. She needed an ultrasound back in February done, had the appointment set for this place and no one here checks anything prior to the appointment except for maybe the DAY of! Got a call in the morning saying they needed an authorization from my clients insurance before doing the ultrasound. Okay why wasn't this checked prior?! The dr who ordered the ultrasound had made sure this is a place that takes her insurance and would be covered and to just call and make an appointment. Ultimately, had to reschedule. The day OF the rescheduled appointment, there was an issue with her insurance and them not being able to find the insurance info when they had all the info plus the authorization! Took 2-3 hours before they finally did her ultrasound. Fast forward to June, she has a CT scan ordered from her drs so we decided to give this place a shot again, given it's only 5 min away from us. Had everything prepared and ready, day of, same thing all over again. They needed her insurance info, had to provide it all over again even though it was all inputted in before and prior plus with authorization. Hour later they said need to reschedule due to her having a reaction to iodine. Again why wasn't this discussed or told prior?! So we reschedule and get the meds she needed to take prior to the appointment and literally as we park, I get a call saying it needs to be rescheduled due to the orders not matching the authorization. HOW?! Why was this not checked before let alone how was this not even addressed on the first appointment?! Got a call back from them a week later asking to schedule and that everything is good (even though I told them I'd call them to schedule once I heard back from her urologist and insurance. Which insurance confirmed they never got anything regarding an order change. So whatever happened there, I have no idea) so I called wave imaging again to confirm that orders and authorization matched and they said yes. So here we are to today and made it all the way to the scan bed and the radiologist says, "for safety reasons, it's best for her to go to a hospital to get this done that way a nurse can help hold her arm and keep it straight." The technician off the bat didn't seem confident at all and neither did the radiologist. Note my client has dementia and can follow directions so long as you speak loud enough. But they were concerned she couldn't keep her arm straight during the whole duration, which I get but if all they wanted was a "nurse to hold her arm" one of them could've easily done it and even I said I could do it! They still refused! Two reschedules, twice my client had to take medication, and essentially three times was my client turned away all because everyone here are absolutely incompetent and don't know wtf they're doing. I'm an administrator at a board and care and help oversee and advocate for all of my clients care needs, on-top of my own health needs. I have never experienced this kind of service and unprofessionalism. Go elsewhere! read more

I scheduled 2 ultrasounds for my OBGYN orders. The front desk insisted I had to pay upfront even though I have insurance. That was totally ok since I was seen right away. The technician was extremely nice. Low rating was for their billings. I already paid almost $300 and I still got invoice for the same amount. I called the billing and they had no records of my payment whatsoever! They took down my info but they said I need to call back after 20 days to follow up?!?! There was no reference number or anything for this call except the name of the agent. Where did my money go? Please correct this issue! Hopefully other people don't get this same problem. I am a registered nurse and have taken many patients to have their cat scan done. I came here in hopes of getting this test done prior to work. Literally sitting for over an hour in the lobby. They tell you to get here early to fill out paperwork. Came early to sit in lobby. Very poorly run. When I complained stating that I had to get to work and I know that a cat scan takes minutes, they stated that I was next. This was the first time in my many times having a mammogram that I didn't wait not one minute before being called back for the exam. I also was scheduled for a bone density at the same location. I merely went upstairs and was, again, immediately given the required test. The office and rooms where the testing took place were very clean.... I would give the tech 5 stars, but the check-in was abysmal. It was taking the lady doing check-in 10-15 minutes for each patient as the line was growing. I showed up 10 minutes before the time I was told to arrive and wasn't completely checked in until after the time when I was told I'd be done. Insurance verification was allegedly done before I could even make the appointment. After waiting quite some time after checking in, I asked if they had everything they needed. Only then was I told that their system for verifying insurance coverage was down, so only after I asked did they call my insurance for verification. Once I was finally in for imaging, it was quick and painless, and the tech was friendly. Changed from 2* to 1* because imaging failed to cover entire prescribed region in accordance with the physician order, so doc was unable to see everything needed. read more

This is an awful facility. The nurses take forever to care for and assist patients waiting in line. It took 3 hours for people with a confirmed appointments to even be seen by the front desk to check in. There were multiple people that waited in line finally got to the front and were told they have to go to another facility because theirs does not support the treatment they are needing. The people experiencing this stated they called and checked ahead of time and wondered why they were not told this before hand and the woman at the front desk had no answers. Arrived at the appointment to be told they don't do that certain scan. They couldn't call me earlier to tell me that like earlier in the day or even earlier in the week. My sole complaint was the guy who scheduled the appointment. They apparently hadn't processed or received the order for my CT. I did not know if the MD ordered contrast. Dude said that I should know. Maybe so, but that didn't change the fact that I didn't have that info. I offered to not make the appt until after he received the faxed orders but he declined insisting I tell him about the contrast. Egads, we all ready covered that! As far as the CT, Everything went smoothly. Close parking. No wait. Easy peasy. This time I did not call get a call from them to notify me to come pick up my results nor have I received a letter in the mail with the results. This place has the tendency to bill you for services you already paid for 2-3 years later. I received bills like crazy for services I already paid for at the office, on the date of service. I had to call my insurance like 3 months straight, since they kept sending me bills for diffrent things after they couldn't collect money for the one they originally sent bill for. Right now, I make sure to pick insurance that doesn't send patients here. Tired of dealing with this problem. It's impossible to call in dor appointment. They either don't pick up or said they would call back later, but neber do. I always have to go to the office to book appointment. This place is terrible. The boy at the reception is clueless. The wait was 30 minutes. I had a CT with contrast. I have very good veins, but 2 (!) nurses after several (!) attempts could not insert the needle. They called the third, and she did it in the blink of an eye. Stay away from this facility. read more

My mom came for an MRI; Emahnee & Phuong were very careful and meticulous with my mom's care. She has extreme vertigo; as soon as mentioned her condition, they were more attentive when they assisted her onto the MRI scanner. I'm thankful they were there because in the past when we had an MRI at MediZen, the team there were careless and as they lowered my mom, they severely bumped her head on the headrest. She was in a great deal of pain and her earplugs dropped out during the scan. During this scan, Phuong was careful, and made sure her earplugs stayed in. This place is terrible. I attempted to call to make an appointment and was told prays are only scheduled online. Tried to book online, and was given an error that my account was invalid (I was trying to create an account). Tried to call back, and was told to go as a walk in. Went as a walk in.... was told no walk-ins were available (it was only 11am) and that I would have to wait 30-40 mins TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT FOR ANOTHER DAY. They took all my info, insurance, ID, orders, and made the appointment. Fast forward to appointment day.... they need all of my documents again... and then tell me my imaging order is not complete and they need to speak to my doctor. My appointment was at 8am... my doctor office opens at 9am... I need to be at work, which is why I scheduled the earliest appointment available. I'd like to start off by giving 5 stars for the front desk; they were very professional and friendly. My grip is with the damn Vietnamese tech that did my pelvic and abdominal scan and CT. Freaking A, I called about 5 minutes before my appointment to apologize that I will be 5-10 minutes late to the appointment and to please let the tech know (I currently teach summer school and there was an emergency which left me unable to leave on time). The office staff I spoke to was friendly and understanding, they said they would let the tech know. As soon as I was walked back to the exam room, the tech, assuming I even understood or spoke Vietnamese (shame on you for assuming, never assume! Good thing I do speak and understand to smack back), starts tearing into me about being late! Not knowing what huge bitch she is, I apologetically said sorry and tried to explain the situation, but homegirl cut me off and berates me more. She tells me of how late I am AGAIN, I tried explaining to her I did call to say I was running late; she cut me off and said, "yeah, 5 minutes late, not 15! It's 15 minutes after your appointment time! Next time, don't even make an early appointment, make an afternoon appointment!" She tells to then lay on the bed, I asked, "do you want me to at least change into a gown?" She said, "no, the appointment started too late already, just pull your pants down!". I took off my pants since I know she's going to have to use a tool to go into my lady bits at one point, and she ends up yelling, "I said pull down your pants, not take it off!" I was ready to leave the damn appointment by that point. I said, "du roi! (That's enough!" She continued to have an attitude the whole time of the procedure, I ignored her and spoke to her in a curt and short tone of voice whenever I had to answer medical questions. Due to the nature of my scan and ultrasound, she did have to ask about pregnancy related questions, which wa fine, but what was wrong and annoying as fuck was her lack of professionalism. She asked questions such as, "do you have children? Have you ever been pregnancy or experienced miscarriages?" I said a short no to the questions, she then asked in a rude and nosy tone of voice, "what? Never? You don't have kids?" Have you taken or taking birth control?" Yeah I know I'm 36 and old as shit but you don't know me, how dare you ask these kinds of prviate questions! FUCK YOU LADY. I am usually very grateful and will say thank you and have a nice day to people in general, I left the exam room with a grunt when she said it's done and that the doctor should get the results within a week. Fuck that lady and fuck the office management for not getting rid of her, for sure I can't be the only one that complained about her. read more
