Wanted to say thank you to Top Imaging Center (@topimagingcenter), Andrew and Caroline for being able to still treat me on their day off for my/an emergency/ urgent request, where I had a hit and run case (my car completely totaled) on me and needed to have an X-Ray or CT Scan service done to provide back to my attorney on the same day. Both Andrew and Caroline were extremely patient, professional, and knowledgeable on how to handle my situation, giving great consultative advice and tips after seeing the report results on how I can ensure my joints, muscles, and bodily impacted areas are able to be maintained in its best possible condition. The location for Top Imaging Center was very clean, comfortable, organized, and welcoming for me being a first timer at that type of facility. I am writing this review from my wife's yelp page as I can't remember the last time I left a review on yelp. I am in the medical field so I am pretty familiar with imaging centers. This imaging center is really as good as it gets. I needed an MRI and most waits were quite long. I called one night after hours and ended up speaking to a staff member there who was nice enough to take my information, and start the authorization process after checking on my insurance. He called me the next day, and I had an appointment the following morning. This was a super clean facility, and it was an open MRI if you were to have any difficulty with the closed one. I had a reading done in a day and had just excellent service. I had a question on the reading, and I was able to get some clarification immediately. They have xray and ultrasound there as well. I will make it a point to go there for any studies that I or my family members need. read more

Amazing service! I don't usually leave reviews and especially not at medical facilities but I just HAD to . Caroline and her medical staff were extremely professional and courteous. I came in with an imaging order from my PCP and expected to wait in the lobby for at least an hour. I was brought back IMMEDIATELY. The radiology tech was gentle, and my X-Ray report came back quickly. I was in and out in a heartbeat. Big shoutout to everybody who works here, you all are wonderful! read more

The staff scheduled an MRI for me immediately. They use an Open MRI , which is fantastic. The Closed MRIs are cramped and feel like a coffin. The entire team was thorough, professional, and compassionate. These qualities were very comforting during a stressful period of trying to rule out a scary diagnosis. My family and I were visiting the area and were looking to see if we could get our son's MRI done while here. We called several imaging places but had no such luck. We left a message with Top Imaging Center and were called back within minutes by the owner who was out of the office but did everything in his power to accommodate us. Not only were they able to make us an appointment quickly, the whole experience was top notch. From the welcome water and Wi-Fi code from the front desk attendant, to the friendly imaging technician who made my son feel comfortable during this first time experience, to the owner coming to introduce himself. They got our imaging done quickly and got us on with our vacation. Our doctor has since read the MRI they sent over and my son is on the road to recover. I can't recommend this place more! I hope we don't need more imaging soon, but if we do, we are happy to come back here again! read more

I recently got a small injury on my left shoulder from playing a little bit too rough on the football field. I felt like my shoulder was dislocated so I stopped by the nearest imaging center to get an X-Ray picture taken of. I explained the whole situation to Caroline, one of the supervisor that was working there that day and her team of staff immediately got to work. She did a great job explaining the whole procedure and how much was out of the door while getting everything set up for me. She wasted no time because I was in a lot of pain. Luckily, everything came back with good news because nothing was broken or dislocated. Doctor did an exceptional job on explaining what I need to do moving forward to help reduce the pain that I was experiencing. For that, I am forever grateful for you guys. I would give you a 10 stars if I could but I guess 5 would do for now. read more

I called in the evening around 8pm and the owner picked up! I told him I needed a MRI on my right knee and we talked about the process and I came in the next day at 10am. Immediately after the 30min MRI I was able to consult with the Dr via zoom as he viewed the images on the big screen. Great experience! read more

I was in a car accident couple months ago and was refer here by my physician the first time and upon arrival I met Caroline. She's very professional, very knowledgeable at the same time she's very friendly and bubbly. She made the process of checking in quick, made sure everything was explained throughly. Their system is pretty up to date, I love the way they schedule their patients where I'm not walking into a crowded waiting room. Oh did I mentioned their facility is very clean very up to date and hello AC!!! It's like I'm here for a spa and not an MRI. I was recently in an accident and have been back and forth to many health services providers. The wait time, combined with the hassle of scheduling appointments and patient care at a lot of facilities is exhausting. Top Imaging Center has been nothing but helpful during this very difficult time. I had the pleasure of being their patient in the last month, they were all very cordial, and the facility was very clean and sanitary. Issac, my MRI technician was very efficient, not to mention how nice and patient he was. He was very helpful and took the time to answer all my questions in a way that I could understand. Juli, the facility director, was very nice from the minute I walked in. I also had the pleasure of speaking to Ms. Rose Gonzales in regards to my billing concerns, which was one of my main worries coming in, being that this is the first time I have ever been in any kind of accident, she was able to break financial matters down to me, for my own peace of mind. Hole in the wall place but staff is nice to deal with. Needed an MRI CD made for my orthopedic doctor, they made me the CD within 10-15 minutes, called to informed me about the pick up. Easy to deal with, I don't mind coming back here when it's needed. Parking is cool, not so much traffic in and out of the place. The plus side, I always avoid Bolsa Westminster area at all cost!!! read more

Place doesn't seem to be in the best part of town. It's in a strip mall and one would think it would be near or surrounded by other medical facilities. There's a Karaoke bar next door and a barbershop. No biggie. Staff I'd friendly, but doesn't seem to be on top of what appointments are coming up. We had signed and emailed all documents two days before to make things go by smoother. Still were asked for it, then realized they already had it. Niceness goes a long way, don't get me wrong. So does professional know how and effectiveness. It's still a very young staff and it may be a new place. So they may be going through growing pains, but in a medical field very little room for novice and greenness. They will need to be a well oiled machine if they expect to be around long. This would have been a 1 star review but like I said, niceness goes a long way and that's the second star. On a hot day like today, great thing their AC works great. read more

I had my neck and left shoulder MRI at this place 2 days ago. I am very happy with the service they provided. The place is clean and the MRI machine is open style, so I didn't feel as loud as the closed tube style MRI machine. The technician is very professional and friendly. Also they emailed my report the next day. Super efficient. I would go back this place. Highly recommended to my family and friends. Thank you! read more
