She said my appointment had been moved and would not give me a reason why. I asked her to check what was going on and whether I could have my appointment time back, and I was hung up on. I called back the following morning because I was worried I would be charged for an appointment I could not attend. I was rescheduled for an appointment on 12/31 at 1:45pm. After receiving and confirming the appointment multiple times, I arrived to the clinic to find a sign on the door saying "closed for the holidays." This is so disrespectful and frustrating. I have wasted hours for this appointment that never happens. There has not been one apology, and they are so hard to contact. Stay far away from this place.
