We could not be happier with our decision to have Waves Media document our wedding. Originally, we had not planned to hire a videographer for our wedding because of our budget, but as the wedding date approached we knew we would regret not splurging on a video that we could look back on for years. As soon as I contacted Dave (and after watching a number of their videos on their website), I knew Waves was perfect for us. After researching many videographers, I can confidently say their videos are truly top quality and amazingly much more reasonable than other videographers at their level. On our wedding day, they arrived promptly and were professional, calm, and fun to have around. Somehow they managed to capture every important moment and detail without ever being in the way - many guests didn't even know we had videographers until we posted the video! The short video was ready before we were even back from our honeymoon and perfectly represented the day. Amazingly, the full length video was done within a few weeks. My wife and I found Waves Media through a simple internet search, and we couldn't be happier. Before our big day, we had a long phone conversation and a video conference with David, who was always very friendly and very professional. He answered all of our questions and was always prompt in his emails. On the day of our wedding, David and Luke captured some amazing shots of our ceremony and reception, working seamlessly alongside our photographer. Both of these gentlemen were sociable and flexible - which we, nervous and excited as we were, certainly appreciated - and they blended right into the wedding party. I barely noticed they were there! We ordered both a short highlight video (5:12) and a longer feature video (29:17), which were delivered via a website. When I brought a blip in our feature video to David's attention, he found the problem right away and fixed the issue within a few days. Great customer service! All in all, we're incredibly happy with the way our wedding video turned out. They understood what style we were looking for and delivered! Working with David was effortless. Not only was he willing to travel across several states to cover our wedding, but he was polite and professional throughout the entire process, and especially on the wedding day. During the wedding, we never even knew he was there, yet he was always capturing the best moments. It was breathtaking when we saw the video (only five days later!!). He worked so quickly on the video that we were able to watch it while still on our honeymoon, which was an indescribable gift. He captured all the big events of the day, but also the moments I would never think to remember, and things I probably would have missed. We knew that having a videographer on our Wedding Day was very important to us. It's a day that everyone promises will fly by, and we wanted to be sure we captured everything so that we could relive all of those special moments for the rest of our lives. David from Waves delivered just that and more! He sent us our "short" and "full event" videos within three days after our wedding. He has been ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL to talk to. Accommodating, professional and very nice. I unfortunately cannot afford his services for my upcoming wedding (his prices are very reasonable but I am on a very very tight budget), but he has bent over backwards to try and accommodate me to be a part of my big day. After searching for a few months for a videographer we found Waves Media. We booked them right away after seeing their work. They were EXCELLENT! I highly recommend them to everyone! Dave and Jonathan were incredible to work with. They took the time to get to know Steve and I and what was important to us. They did an incredible job the day of our wedding and both the short and long videos captured our special day perfectly.
