I've never had an issue getting a spot and the walk to the lobby is reasonable. This area has grown up a bit since this facility opened. Publix is nearby along with restaurants and other shops across the street.

The service is quick- so quick that you need to advocate for yourself so that nothing is missed. Even when it isn't busy the doctors are very fast in their examinations. This place is great if you are a well informed patient. Make an appointment with a primary care physician if you aren't sure what your issue is. I know it takes forever to see a doctor in Louisville- especially as a first time patient. But, it will be worth it to know that you are getting a thorough check up. For a doc-in-a-box this is the best one in Louisville!

They don't take insurance so you have to pay several hundred dollars per appt and then you pay an additional monthly premium even if you don't need to see them. Dr. Paige is the only reason I got diagnosed with celiac disease and finally figured out what was wrong and after years of trying other doctors to figure out more issues, I've come back to get his help again. It's extremely expensive but he will most likely find the root of the issue. If I didn't have my family to help me pay for it, I could never have seen him. Don't get any supplements from him, they're outrageously expensive and you can get them from any grocery for a few bucks. The compound pharmacy aspect is also expensive and they don't take insurance either so be careful and really only send in what you can't get anywhere else. Be ready for a lot of lab work, my high score so far is 38 vials of blood in one sitting and that's after it was curtailed. They are very knowledgeable and know what they're doing so I do highly recommend them but be ready to pay a heavy cost.

He listened without judgement and took my thoughts and complaints seriously. Sometimes I felt silly mentioning something, but he always made me feel really listened to. Ethan also did techniques that were holistic rather than just at the area of my pain. Your body is all connected and he obviously knew what he was doing. We also did dry needling which was excellent. 6/25/2026 The nurse at my Doctor's office referred me to the…read moreNorton Diagnostic Center at 4915 Norton Healthcare Blvd. She made it so easy to get an appointment and their "My Chart" makes it easy to find their office and what you'll need to do the day you're coming. You can use the Norton My Chart to fill out your paperwork before you go! It helped save a lot of thinking and writing in the reception area. We pulled into Norton Medical Plaza III and we were able to park in the front parking lot, 1 space away from the front entrance. When you walk into the lobby, you walk straight to Suite 102. The doors are right past the elevators. The ladies in this area were so sweet and so helpful and kind. My phone let them know from the parking lot that I was there and to get ready for me! Lol. After I got my bracelet, Traci from the front desk came over to my seat and bless her heart she squatted down beside me and helped me fill out the form. Then in a few minutes she took me back to a dressing room for a gown. Within 4 minutes, Julie tapped on the door and we crossed the hall. We were finished with the testing in about 10 minutes and I was on my way back across the parking lot to the car. Everything was easy and the staff was so delightful. The handicap spots are always taken so plan accordingly if you are handicapped. They do have walk in services which I love. Your doc calls in the scans and you show up when it's works for you. Check in process was super easy and once you get your ID bracelet and label sheets for all your info and files for the visit you are good for the days to come. The technicians are nice and supportive through the process. Love that they set your expectations on the visit. It's always clean which I appreciate given the nature of what they do. Great quality care & quick results so your anxiety stays low. Overall, excellent facility and care. Norton Diagnostics gets it!!
