We got beautiful photos of our baby and a recording of the heartbeat! I left feeling completely amazing and so thankful for her! Also, she does give the option for you all to pray together and say a blessing over the baby. We totally took her up on that and I am so thankful that we did. The Technician helped me get comfortable on the table and put me at ease when she told me I would not got all the way into the machine. The test was easy except for the horrible noise the machine makes. I was given headphones to cover my ears which made it tolerable. I was in and out in a short time. The staff were very professional and they all went out of their way to make me feel welcome. If you need an open machine for a test this is the place to come.

Really? The receptionist told the couple in front of me that it would be 1 or 2 days before the results came in. I asked if they could be emailed and she told me no, probably for security reasons. So, imagine my surprise, when I arrived home in Columbus 2 hours later and flipped through my emails, head pounding, and found my 'results' had been sent to me 1 1/2 hours after shooting the MRI. Seriously, you can look through two patients before me and 600 images of me in under two hours? What a crock. Clearly this is not incompetence, but criminal behavior. So I emailed https://radiologyassist.com/ and sure enough the lady told me that he only shot the brain and it is not the problem. It is the neck and head for which I specifically went to Cincinnati to have them shoot. Radiologyassist.com did refund the second amount but that is little solace when you dying.

They all work very hard to accommodate patients especially when you are in pain or have an emergency situation. Dentistry can be painful and it can often be expensive which is why I value my doctor and his staff. They soften both blows with their helpfulness and warmth. This was our third or fourth opinion on this procedure -- we've talked to real oral surgeons, we know what's normal, and we had high hopes based on the promises made over the phone. When scheduling, we were told the entire office would be "reserved just for us," that all staff would be focused solely on our appointment, and that because their surgeons are "so busy," we needed to put down an $89 deposit to secure the spot -- even though they advertise a free consult. That alone felt off, but we gave them the benefit of the doubt. When we arrived, they checked us in and then vanished. After 30 minutes, they took my partner back for a quick scan, then immediately put him back in the waiting room. We waited another 45 minutes with zero communication. Eventually someone wandered by and told us we "might want to reschedule" because someone ahead of us was taking longer than expected -- which makes absolutely no sense if the entire office was supposedly dedicated to us and no one else. The story completely contradicts what we were told. We were also told the $89 deposit would be refunded immediately as long as we showed up. It's been over two weeks, and nothing has been refunded. I've called twice and keep getting vague excuses and no action. At this point, it feels intentional. The whole operation reads like a sales funnel dressed up as a medical practice. They push "24‑hour dental implants," which any legitimate oral surgeon will tell you is unsafe, unrealistic, and carries a high risk of implant failure. The entire setup feels predatory -- like they're targeting people in vulnerable situations with big promises, pressure tactics, and zero follow‑through. It gave the same energy as those pharmaceutical reps who prey on people who desperately need treatment. We walked out and immediately found a reputable practice elsewhere. It's incredibly disappointing because the phone pitch made it sound like we'd receive five‑star, concierge‑level care, and what we actually got was a complete waste of time, money, and trust. Between the misleading advertising, the contradictory explanations, the lack of professionalism, and the still‑unreturned deposit, this is absolutely a situation that deserves oversight from people outside the practice.

So a couple of things: 1: my ultrasound tech was actually very helpful and super nice. I was very nervous about my ultrasound due to a previous loss and she was wonderful about taking her time and explaining things to me. We found out we had lost our son at the sweet baby face in bowling green during our gender ultrasound so the whole event was stressful for us. She made sure I knew the baby was okay and was great about making sure we would be able to tell the gender. 2: I called about a question I had about a special they had been running the weekend of 6/23. I was supposed to receive a free heartbeat animal and instead had to pay for it. I mentioned that "we wanted the heartbeat animal too" but I was charged for it. I assumed I had misunderstood the special and went back and checked it later. I called the next day to have it corrected and once I asked the person on the other line hung up on me. I called several times after this but my call wasn't answered. I called from my husband's phone and they answered immediately. 3. I checked my credit card today to find that I was actually charged twice for my ultrasound! Once for $134 and once for $119. They were having technological issues and told me it did not go through the first time. Either way, that doesn't account for the prices being different. At this point, I have paid $253 for an ultrasound that was supposed to be $84. Update: Lisa (the owner) called me today to talk about what happened. She was very considerate and apologetic for what happened. Really, it was just a few technology issues all together that made for a bad situation. Whoever something like this happens, it's always nice to know that the owner truly cares about the business. Mistakes happen - but where you go from the mistakes matter! I have done a blood test and two ultrasounds with Sweet Baby Face. At 9 weeks, I did a Peekaboo blood test that unfortunately got damaged in the mail before I could get results. Sweet Baby Face brought me in the same day to re-do the test with Sneak Peek and we got the results in two days (spoiler alert, they were correct!). At 14 weeks I had a scan scheduled for my entire family (including many from out of town) to attend for Christmas. Unfortunately when we got there the probe was broken and they had no way to complete the scan. Obviously, I was not thrilled with that, BUT we came to an agreement to do two separate scans (no additional cost) - 1 the next morning and 1 the following week which still allowed all family members to attend one of the two. The scans were fantastic. We got great pictures - even some 3d thrown in - confirmed gender, and have an account to see the videos any time we want. While there were definitely bumps in the road, I was happy how things were handled and ultimately thrilled with the services I received. read more

When I was pregnant with my daughter, I had an ultrasound done in Lexington, and I wanted to cry when I got the photos. They were so terrible, and you could barely make out my baby's face. Well, my husband saw how upset I was and decided to let me search for another place. I'll admit that when I booked my appointment with Sweet Baby Face, I didn't have high expectations because of my previous experience. I didn't just get better pictures at Sweet Baby Face; I was BLOWN AWAY! The quality of the photos were outstanding. Not to mention, the customer service was amazing. I had to bring along my other daughter (18 months old at the time), and she wasn't in the best of moods because she needed a nap. The ultrasound tech was so accommodating and even helped me by talking to and playing with my daughter while doing the ultrasound. I will forever recommend Sweet Baby Face, and I will continue to encourage all of my Lexington friends to make the drive to Louisville because IT WAS WORTH IT! read more

Very satisfied with our visit to Sweet Baby Face. Yolanda is very skilled at what she does and works hard to ensure we get our money worth. We went in for the Simply Sweet package to take a look at our twins with our family. They both were being a bit camera shy and had their hands in their faces, but she worked out some tricks and helped get them moved to where we were able to see their little features. Though we didn't purchase any stuffies with their heartbeats, they had plenty of different options. The only suggestion I would give, is to provide a better option to share the session video, as it is too long to share with a simple media message or email. I had to physically have my family and friends create an account and log into a site that they may not ever use again to view the full video. I wasn't sure if I should do it being only 18weeks. I made a spur of the moment decision to schedule an appointment since I hadn't been able to see him since I was 7weeks!! I was able to get an appointment for that night. I chose the pink and blue, which was a 2D package. She went ABOVE and beyond! It was amazing for my boyfriend and I both. We got to see our boy in 3D also, and got around 15-20 pictures in total! I will definitely be back when he has chunked up and has a more developed face Update: We went again (2 more times actually), and it was just as great each time! I came to get my gender bloodwork and a ultrasound. Due to the pandemic my doctors office doesn't allow any visitors for my appointments, with this being my first baby and my parents first grand baby i wanted things to feel more special. Sweet Baby Face did just that. They allow visitors during my ultrasound, masks worn of course. Along with the fact that they was super professional,sweet and very clean. Sweet Baby Face is amazing!! We had an ultrasound at another place and thought we knew the gender and planned a gender reveal for that weekend. They called us the day before the reveal and said after reviewing the photos they were unable to determine gender with certainty. So in a panic we called this place to see if they had any last minute openings but they closed at 7 and I don't get off work until 7. But they were gracious enough to stay open an extra hour so that we could get there and determine gender for our reveal the next day. This place is truly wonderful. Our technician was fabulous. She was so sweet, warm and welcoming. She took her time with my family and I and tried to get the best shots of our sweet baby. The technician even stayed late to do our scans. The rooms are super cozy and spacious! My family was able to feel right at home and comfortable to watch the pictures on the screen. Went for my second time recently and this experience was just as great as my first! We went when I was 16 weeks to find out the gender and Teresa was the person giving me my ultrasound she was so sweet and took her time! I never once felt like she was rushing to get out of there and we got to see our baby for so long and received some amazing pictures! She was also super patient working to try and get the baby to turn and move so we could get a clear image to make sure what we were seeing was really a boy. I am starting to get more anxious as my pregnancy goes along, and I didn't want to wait for my next ultrasound with my doctor to see my baby, so I looked into sweet baby face. I was able to make an appointment for the next day! They have a really big array of hours, and I was able to go after work. The lady was literally the sweetest too. I came here for my daughter's gender results and I actually went a week before they reccommended and they told me we could try but it wouldn't be 100%... Well they said it was a girl because the tech worked her magic and got what we needed... I have used Sweet Baby Face twice so far. My experience both times have been amazing. I just had my pink and blue package on Frida and it was just as great as the first. I will continue to use them the further along I get and for my future pregnancies. I love that they have a huge projector screen that you and your whole family are able to view. This place is honestly amazing! I went at 15 weeks pregnant to get my gender scan done and then I went today at 28 weeks for a 3D ultrasound. Today my tech was Amy and let me say she was so amazing! I went a couple years ago for early gender testing; and for ultrasounds. Every experience was pleasant. Even the times that we didn't get a good view of the baby, I was able to come back at no charge. I went today for my second pregnancy, to get a early gender testing again. The man at the front desk was welcoming, and kind. The phlebotomist was professional and sweet. Had our first experience at Sweet Baby agave on Friday 9/27. We went to find out if Baby #3 was a boy or a girl, and took our 8 and 9 year old with us! I went here for my first ultrasound with my 3d child. I knew it was early but I needed to hear the heartbeat for some peace of mind. I was just over 6 weeks. I would definitely come back again when I have another baby. We went at the beginning on this month and the ultrasound tech we very sweet and nice. Our baby was stubborn and didn't want his pictures taken (go figured). But she was able to capture his sweet face. Such a fun experience. I loved the 3D4D images. We drove 2 hours away because we heard this was the very best place to get a hd 3d 4d ultrasound and we were not disappointed. First is my MRI experience - At 12:25 they checked me in and just after 1 pm, I was taken upstairs…read morefor my Prohance dye injection. This is where the doctor uses an ultrasound to inject contrast dye into a joint for the MRI. From there I was taken back downstairs where I changed into scrubs and was left alone in a waiting area for another hour. As I sat there, I wondered what would happen if I had an anaphylactic reaction, no one checked on me the whole time. I had time to Google the FDA recommendations for timing between injection and MRI and I learned that the MRI should take place within one hour of the dye injection. I wondered if they would have to redo the painful injection. At 2:05, someone came by to let me know it would be five more minutes and not to worry- the dye lasts. It's just no fun to hang out in a gown for more than one hour. I was there just over two hours. I went back the next week for a mammogram and that took 30 minutes total from when I parked my car to when I was leaving again in my car. Much better experience.

And the office is always friendly and on top of my needs. Dr. Nett is a delight. She is popular, so it can be a challenge to get an appointment with her. But I was lucky to snag a cancellation for my annual appointment. Otherwise, the other doctors and midwives on staff are great. Dr. Nett takes the time to answer all questions I have and also sent along a referral for a mammogram. It is a relief to find a great office to trust with my needs. Advocates for Women's Health is the real deal.
