I walk into six customers standing at the coffee section at 6:30am. I used to work at Wawa and I know those hours are the most important for coffee so it all should be brewed and backed up. But no. The associate or manager was working on mobile orders for people who aren't even in store while her coffee was completely empty. When she was done making the drinks, I was relieved as she was walking over to the coffee to brew the pots. Then she ran back over to beverage to focus more on the people who weren't there. After about four minutes, I look over at the Brewers and I realize that my coffee wasn't even brewing. She stopped the brew. When I asked her why my coffee wasn't brewing she said that it was overflowing, which makes no sense because the pots were completely empty. The store needs to focus more on the people in front of them instead of doing mobile orders and make sure their coffee is ready when morning rush comes this is ridiculous. read more

Really great store. The most friendly staff that I have seen at a Wawa. Always clean for such a busy location.

Because looters are wrecking ATMs now I wasn't able to get any cash this morning, then a bunch of Wawas were also boarded up because of it too so this was the first opp I had for an ATM. So not only is there a LINE for that too, but out of 3 machines 2 were 'out of service' and the third crashed before I got to it! read more

Like a number of reviewers here, my order was screwed up by the careless employees at this Wawa. Buffalo Chicken Quesadilla is supposed to have buffalo sauce on it. A BCQ without the sauce is just a soggy chicken wrap, pretty gross. Its not that hard, and yet the employees at the Brookhaven Wawa just can't seem to get it right, and this isn't the first time they've gotten it wrong. read more

Renovated In May 2016 it's more efficient and has a better flow. And it is now is bright inside with the addition of new lighting. read more

This WaWa is a dump, it is always filthy and poorly stocked. I can never run in to this WaWa and get exactly what I am looking for. Tonight it was a half gallon of WaWa lemon iced tea and the entire section was cleared out. read more

Without my WAWA coffee I would literally cease to exist and this WAWA in particular is always fully stocked with fresh coffee and an immaculate coffee island with my favorite creamer. But it isn't just the coffee the staff that work there are fun, friendly and supernaturally quick. Well done here, guys. read more

This is a fairly new Wawa that opened up as the old one three blocks away closed down. It is reminiscent of a Sheetz rather than a Wawa. Old Wawas were smaller but totally stocked. Their new business model is something I probably need to get used to... Yes, large, wide aisles and a gasoline service included but with much less stock than the old Wawas. I have to give 3 stars because of the sub par performance of the employees at this location. Some blonde girl insulted me by basically acting like it was my fault that I had to drive all the way back to wawa to have my order fixed because my turkey hoagie didnt have a slice of turkey on it. She was the idiot who made a hoagie without meat on it and wasn't willing to admit it. She acted rude to me and never once said anything along the lines of we are sorry about that how can we fix it for you. All she did was tell me "who would make a sandwich and forget the meat" sarcastically.... Well it was you! The same blonde girl that I have to overhear having inappropriate conversation with co workers behind the deli counter and for all customers to listen in on. Another guy behind the counter was rude to me when I needed help ordering extra cheese on my sandwich because the screen never asked me for some reason. Then I smiled and said thanks when I got my turkey sub and he looked at me, frowned, then turned away. What rude people these wawa workers are. The positive things about this wawa is that it is usually never hard to get in and out quick. They have several gas pumps. Parking is in front and back and they have free air for your tires. I gave this restaurant a 2 out of 5 stars simply for the reason of my order. It was Sunday afternoon and i was really hungry. I figured id use the rest of my wawa gift which had about 62 cents left on it. I pull in to the parking lot and the joints packed. I hop out of my car and a homeless man asked me for change. I said i didnt have any. I walked in and started browsing what they had. I stopped at the heaters to look at the assortment of sizzli's and or hot sandwiches. WRONG. There was none. The trips not a complete loss though because i find myself at the touch screen ordering a hoagie. I got a classic turkey and cheese hoagie. Toppings included lettuce, pickles, and sweet peppers. Salt pepper oregano. And mayo and lil bit or oil. I pay my dues and set sail for home. I arrive home and im ready to dig in. Im about 1/4 of the way in and I realized, wait a minute. This is SALAMI. Are you kidding me man? I really hate salami. How does one mess that up. Ive never had this happen to me and it made me upset. Anyway, I finished the sandwich because i was hungry. This wawa is getting worse and worse. The only reason why I return is because I live so close. The employees need to learn to do their jobs better. Every time I come here, there is always an issue. For instance, tonight I ordered a chicken parm sandwich and asked for more sauce so they gave me little to no sauce at all. It's not the first time this has happened and it is not the only issue I have had. They are also constantly out of coffee and half and half. I could go on and on about the things they need to work on, but I would end up writing a book. I will give this wawa one more chance. If I'm not happy, I would rather drive out of my way to get better service at another location. read more

By far the worst Wawa I've ever been in. Working in the service industry myself I will not give out a poor rating but I will give my honest feedback and hope someone important reads it. My parents live near this Wawa so I used to stop in almost every morning after dropping my son off. Now I really try to avoid it. I have never come across a more miserable group of people who seem so inconvenienced by each customer. In the morning there's one woman in particular who works the register with glasses and light brown hair. You'll be lucky if she even makes eye contact with you. Most of the time she ignores you completely, scanning your items while bitching and complaining to the woman with the black hair on the register next to her. Hopefully you don't want to grab a quick pre-made breakfast sandwich either because they will have maybe a couple sitting in there... only the kind that nobody wants. Don't bother waiting for more because there's no one in the process of making them yet. This week I stopped in again 2 different times. Once in the morning to get coffee. I go to get sweetener and they're completely out of Splenda. Not a big deal really because there's other sweeteners but this Wawa is always out of stock on something. Tonight I stopped by to grab a quick dinner. I ordered the Quesadilla. While waiting there was one employee telling off another one. He told a girl in training that he's sick of hearing her say "I'm sorry." The young blonde haired lady who handed me my order was apologetic and nice. They were out of quesadilla boxes so my quesadilla was in a plastic (soup?) sealed container. I thanked her and left. I thought it was weird they would do this since the steam inside the container would make the quesadilla really soggy. When I went to eat it I realized I was correct. I had one pile of soupy soggy quesadilla. My dinner just ended up in the trash. Hopefully this Wawa can get their act together and get organized and get some people in there who care about customers. If they would just make eye contact and smile it would be a start. Thankfully for them the Wawa brand has a good reputation otherwise this location would probably be out of business. read more

The best thing about Wawa is consistency. You know what you're getting. This place is lacking it. It is almost comical how they always run out of things and how unprepared they are. Here's a hint... A lot of people are going to come in between 6-8am... Be prepared! Have breakfast sandwiches and the coffee station ready! Don't be "out of" egg whites, particular creamers, etc. read more
