Decided to stop and get my free coffee , since I haven't gotten one since they announced, if you have the app you can get a free hot or iced coffee. I went around 6pm not crowded, but on the way out it was getting busy . I decided on getting a hot drink which I usually don't get from Wawa.

My first time going to Wawa. Was a little overwhelming with how many options there are on the ordering kiosk. But my strawberry mango smoothie was delicious and very affordable. Will definitely be back when I'm in the area.

I have heard Wawa has a following, so since we were in the area I had to stop by and see what all the hype is about...and now I'm a Wawa fan! I LOVE THIS PLACE!! Its like the Taj Mahal of gas station food goodness...drinks, hot food, and amazing sandwiches made-to-order! Even their ordering system was efficient and easy, everything was on screens and you just place your order on their app, then they call out your number when its ready! Super easy, super fast, super convenient, and super good! I had their turkey and ham hoagie, with everything on it, on their hoagie roll. It was awesome! Perfect amount of meat and fillings, with really good soft bread and a great mustard made for a super tasty, balanced sandwich! They don't add mayo, but they do have a great condiment kiosk right beside where you pick the sandwiches up so you can grab your mayo packets and other condiments and utensils. We got their 10 inch sandwiches, which were big enough for lunch and dinner for both of us! Really good quality food at a convenient market location, we will definitely be coming back, like I said before, I love this place!!

Move another rung down the sandwich franchise hierarchy, Jerry's & Subway. I was leery of the Wawa cult mentality, but now I understand and embrace it. Lots of munchies for the road ranging from healthy to the average side of junky. Friendly staff. Two touch-screens for ordering at the hoagie bar. The sample of chicken noodle soup had a good broth consistency. The wheat loaves max out at 6" but true length seemed to run closer to 8". (Ruth, why are you so good at eyeballing length? I have no idea what you're talking about.) The thin layers of bread barely held up against my teeming cheesesteak order (out of prime rib, sad) with full veg, all lightly dressed in oil and vinegar. Half was super filling and the full hoagie cruised me into food coma. I am all about the Wawa now, which is creepier if you speak Mandarin.

    Raw chicken

This evening I placed an order at Wawa Gainesville. I ordered my go to custom grilled chicken sandwich. I am glad I opened the sandwich to take a look before consuming. What I discovered was undercooked chicken. The chicken was pink and I do know that undercooked chicken can potentially cause food poisoning. I immediately contacted the store manager. He told me he'd take care of me regarding a refund. Then he proceeded to explain to me that it is safe for me to consume the chicken. How he consumed it earlier and it's fine. That statement was appalling to me. If you order food at Wawa Gainesville be sure to inspect it before you eat it. I do hope that Wawa Gainesville does the right thing and addresses this issue immediately to avoid further customer issues and illnesses.

We love saying and visiting Wawa. It is "one stop shopping" for road trips. The gas is normally cheaper than at home. We have the same routine every visit: Fill the tank. Order a food item. Visit restroom. Justify why getting "just one" donut won't hurt anything. Pick up order. Pay for items while chatting with friendly employees. Bottled soda can be cheaper elsewhere but we love the refillable coffee mugs. Refills are .99 cents.

My favorite gas spot in Gville. In my experience the store is clean and the coffee and made-to-order stuff has always been good.

My wife took our Toyota Sienna there for their standard service safety inspection. When she came…read morehome, she told me the vehicle was acting funny because the doors would malfunction. Being a DIYer for our vehicles I popped the hood and immediately noticed the battery was out of place - the wing nut that secures the hold-down bar / J-hook was missing so the battery slid around freely. For those who know what I'm talking about, in order for this to happen the wing nut / washer has to be deliberately loosened with a socket wrench on to remove - it's not something that comes loose and pops off easily. Not pointing fingers, but I have concerns for sure. 1 - why does the battery hold down bar need to be tampered with? 2 - I torqued that bolt to OEM standards + installed the battery myself a few weeks before and then checked on it personally just to make sure things were good a few days before this safety inspection, so definitely didn't come off on its own. 3 - if this was an honest mistake, again, what are you doing tampering with the battery hold down bar for a safety inspection? Did you think it would disconnect before my wife drove off so you could score extra $$$ on maintenance repairs? While the service and price here are comparable to other gas stations in the area, this place certainly has lost my trust - I will be steering well clear of this place; don't want them under the hood for anything and have told everyone in my DIY crew about it.

I wanted to use their car wash as it is now open consistently. So I found out about the Shell app. I downloaded it. Entered a virtual card into the wallet of that app that had a spending limit on it. My car never holds more than $40 even when close to empty even with today's high gas prices. So I set up the payment in the app for $60 as the maximum purchase (again I wanted to get the $13 car wash I think it is). It said there was a problem. I lowered the max purchase in the Shell app to $40. Again it said there was a problem. So I just left as I had enough gas to get back home even though it was below a quarter of a tank and who knows what accident and road construction would have be sitting for 30 minutes or longer. I received texts saying that Shell pinged my purchased limit card for $100 each of the two times I tried the Shell app at the station which would require me to increase the max purchase for that card to use it virtually. So why ask for your max purchase if you are going to preauth for $100? Why not just say we are going to preauth for $100 no matter what? Someone at Shell needs to go to mgmt school. Too many mgmt issues over the last year
