    I have been coming to this Wawa for a few times already... every single time I come the staff is super nice and helpful. I had a problem with my order last time and they didn't mind helping me out and replacing one of my beverages. The drinks are really good (I mean they are great quality seriously), and I know that when I order, is going to be ready in 5 minutes!! They are super fast... ON IT! Will go every single time, love it!

    I ordered some chicken fettuccine my noodles were hard and the sauce was cold i was able to pick the whole meal up whenever i picked up a noodle with my fork! And with all that, I also had some brown stuff on the bowl

    It is just like any other place in the area. It does not compare to the quality of business of the same name in the 535 area. They are slow and need to have some extra training. Missing items on menu, that's pretty bad. I was glad to see them in the area I hope it gets better. Counter and tables were dirty. Updated 5/24/14 upped one star. They are getting their groove back! Love the Red Refill cups!

    The dirtiest I seen yet and the worst in service is terrible I waited on line and one person on the register and the other fixing the ice cream and the cashier her speed was in reverse that's how slow she was someone threw up and it was there for awhile I let them know and they look at me like I'm crazy

    Suppose to be toasted white bread. Instead got un-toasted wheat bread.

I needed gas and did not want to chance even driving a quarter mile on 192 to a preferred convenience store. It was 9am on a Sunday morning so I decided to go inside to pickup a few items After my gasoline purchase. Place was littered and cluttered. But my real dissatisfaction was with two cashiers. One kept speaking Spanish to me and clearly did not understand American English Very well,,,,kept telling me to enter my phone number but could not tell me why it was needed for a purchase. The second employee same thing. They kept telling be to enter my phone number and then my pin. It's a credit card . I do not have to give a phone number or a PIN number when it's a credit card,,,, all a mess because one employee does not speak or know English very well and the other could not be bothered to explain any of my questions. Making this long story short. Very frustrating and I will never go to this circle K EVER AGAIN!! Employees are very unprofessional and lack of customer service skills and very very poor at communicating. But they sure understood the English slang in English!!!

    Hello, I am writing…read moreto formally file a complaint regarding my recent interaction with the Walgreens pharmacy team at the Champions Gate location, and to request an immediate review of both the conduct displayed and the decision to refuse my prescription. I have been a consistent and compliant Walgreens patient for over a year, managing my prescriptions through your system without issue. I have maintained an ongoing relationship with my prescribing physician, followed all prescribed directions, and have never requested early refills or engaged in any inappropriate behavior. During my recent call to the Champions Gate pharmacy, I contacted your staff in good faith to request assistance with a refill. I clearly expressed my willingness to follow proper procedures and specifically asked that the pharmacy contact my physician if verification or clarification was needed. I also ensured my doctor had submitted the necessary information. Despite this, I was spoken to in a dismissive and unprofessional manner and was ultimately informed that my prescription would not be filled and that I was "banned." This statement was made without any clear explanation, documentation, or due process. As a patient, I understand that pharmacists have a responsibility to ensure prescriptions are appropriate and compliant. However, patients also have rights, including: * The right to be treated with professionalism, dignity, and respect * The right to clear communication regarding any refusal to fill a prescription * The right to have legitimate prescriptions evaluated in coordination with the prescribing physician * The right to not be arbitrarily denied service without explanation or proper documentation At no point was I aggressive, disrespectful, or noncompliant. My sole objective was to resolve the matter appropriately through your staff and my physician. Given the seriousness of being told I am "banned" and having a prescribed medication refused without explanation, I am formally requesting the following: * A written explanation detailing the reason for the refusal to fill my prescription * Clarification regarding the basis and authority for any claim that I have been "banned" * Confirmation of whether this action was documented in accordance with Walgreens policy * A review of the pharmacist's conduct during this interaction * Guidance on how I may obtain my prescribed medication without further disruption If this matter cannot be resolved promptly, I am prepared to escalate this concern to Walgreens corporate leadership and, if necessary, to the appropriate state regulatory bodies that oversee pharmacy practice and patient rights. My intent is not to create conflict, but to ensure that I am treated fairly, respectfully, and in accordance with established standards of care.
