Under the motto if it's free it's for me, I went back to disgusting place. The last working today was super friendly and food was ready on time. The flatbread was edible but the pizza melt was straight up gross. I noticed every time onions are used they are pretty much thick cut and raw. Not a good experience. Order showed up on time but missing a pizza. Delivery guy said "not my problem, this is what they gave me, call the store" 10 minutes on hold with the store and no answer. So I gave up and hung up. Will have to call credit card to charge back the pizza, delivery and tip. read more

Oof. What a terrible visit. I was feeling nostalgic for visiting a red roof Pizza Hut, but I walked in and the place was immediately lacking in decor. On top of that, took a good few minutes for someone to get me a table. I was then informed they didn't have diet Pepsi on tap and they gave me a bottle of soda, but then overcharged me for it. The pizza was okay but incredibly small. But between the overcharging, the poor service and the lack of good atmosphere, I doubt I'll eat inside a Pizza Hut ever again. read more

Today is February 10th yesterday which was February 9th and I ordered bread sticks, and 2 melts online around 1:20 when I got home to eat half my bread sticks were burnt and the2 melts were burn completely on the bottom and when I told the manager about it she had an attitude towards me as if I was lying I love ordering pizza from different places to I highly recommend everyone to go to another Pizza Hut. Stopped by for a late lunch and decided to eat in. The place was practically empty with just another family eating in. Even though the place was empty, the service was kinda slow. We ordered an appetizer, a pizza and some desert. Our server was nice and attentive. We were there for a little over an hour and had to take our desert to go because it took too long to come out. My family and I stayed in Orlando this weekend for our annual Epcot trip. We placed an online order of carry out for 5 boxes of pizza (each 1/2 having different toppings) and sodas. We arrived for pickup earlier than the time the website gave us, and the pizzas were already ready! Steph, our cashier, was super helpful, kind, and nice. Worst pizza. I WAS a return local customer but not anymore. Called my order in. when I got home and opened it up it looked like the meat had stayed out for a while or maybe it was the pizza that sat out for awhile. It tasted like day old pizza. And why do they have spaces blocked off at the entrance for non parking? Makes it difficult for those with special needs to park on the otherside of the parking lot. And what is carry out mean? No one carried anything out to me. I had to go inside, in the rain, to pickup my pizza. They call that pickup, not carry out. No drive thru ability here. Ordered online. I do often when I travel. The message after the charge was ready in 10 to 20 min. I called immediately as we wouldn't be there for about 35 min. Pizza Huts typical time. I was on hold for several minutes and when they answered I was told it's already in the oven. We will put it in a warmer. I said I want fresh pizza. Can you take it out and put back in in about 30 min. Manager Jennifer said no,we might get slammed in20 minutes do I wouldn't be able to. I had two options. I suddenly had a major urge for some stuffed crust pizza and couldn't resist. My lazy butt didn't want to get up, so I decided to have delivery. So I dialed the local Pizza Hut, already salivating at the deliciousness to come. The lady picks up the phone and I tell her my info and she says I've called the wrong one, call the other one. I think, hmm that's odd as the website said this one. So I dial the other Pizza Hut and am told, oh no, you need to call the other one. At this point, I'm a little annoyed as all I want is some cheesy goodness, not a pizza turf war. So I call the original one again and another person picks up who say yes, we deliver. I say no big deal, here is my order and I want it delivered. They say 60 minutes...I think gee, that's kind of long. But I have no plans and a large DVR collection, so I will wait. I start watching the Golden Girls to get my mind off my hunger. Well after 3 episodes and an hour and twenty minutes pass, I am wondering what happened to the dang pizza! I call and say, where is my pizza??? They ask me if my number is area code 329? I say, no it's 229! They then say, oh sorry, well the person knocked on your door and no one answered. I was nervous at first seeing no cars in the parking lot. However my need for pizza overcame my 5 car minimum rule (since it's a buffet) and I convinced myself that Pizza Hut has certain standards to uphold. I was right. My server Mary was friendly and attentive. The buffet pizza was hot and fresh and I like that they offer the pasta as well. When I left at 12:15 in what should be lunch rush, there were still no other patrons. This is however a tourist area with a TON of options. I'd come back. read more

So I ate lunch here around 1pm on a Saturday, the restaurant had only one table busy in an otherwise empty place. After someone noticed me at the door, I was seated but then began to wait for a rather long time. It appears the associate in charge of the dining area was indispose while the other associates were in the back making orders for drive-thru/take-out/whatever. So first negative, long wait because lack of staff. Eventually, a guy appeared, apologized for the wait and promptly took my order. I ordered a medium pepperoni pan pizza. The prices at this location are higher than average, so please be aware. I received my beverage and proceeded to wait (this time acceptable) for the pizza to cook and serve. Roughly twenty minutes later the pizza was served. No issues here, the pizza was spot on delicious and the quality I came to expect from Pizza Hut. I have to note that the location is an old '80s style store with a more modern remodeled interior. There is also three other Pizza Huts locations on the same highway (US 192); this proved amusing when I watched a lady expecting this location to have her pizza when it was discovered she actually ordered it at another location... so take note if you do take-out which location your dealing with. Overall, I was okay with it, because the pizza was very good; but the wait time and higher than normal prices are negatives. read more

It's been years since I ordered from Pizza Hut. I'm not going to lie, I trust these reviews but this time I decided to risk it and I was not disappointed. Pizza Hut was actually really good. I mean like, 1990s good when they used to have that little divider in the middle of the box. I ordered online, pizza showed up on time, it was hot and fresh. The cheese was stringy, the Italian flavors were on point and it was a stuffed crust, so the cheese inside the crust was gooey. Decided to give them another try today, and they have no servers. Meaning you have to order at the counter and then go pick it up. You also get bottled drinks which means you don't get refills. So the good news is this place has definitely improved. When I first moved to their delivery area at the start of 2015 the food was horrible. We made a couple attempts last year and were still unimpressed. Out of desperation (not wanting to go out in the rain) we tried again a few weeks ago. That led to us ordering tonight too. We've been coming to this pizzeria for over a year and the manager Tina tonight decide to try and not serve us for being gay. She claims we cussed her out and yelled at her, which we didn't and tried to not serve us. We drove all the way up to the store and asked in person to order food and recorded her so she had no choice but to actually serve us. She was very rude and it's very disappointing because we order from this place fairly often and have never been treated so poorly by a person. read more
