In the AM, the employees are typically high-energy and full of personality. Alwats smiling, singing, and interacting with you. The PM shift can be drastically different and make you feel like you're the last person on earth they want to deal with. Sometimes, it's the total opposite. Lol Sandwiches and drinks here are very different from other locations. I feel like they don't make anything wit love most of the time, and if you get a drink with whipped cream, you're probably receiving a drink without it ‍ Seasonal drinks never, ever, ever look like the promos or photos in the store. They're missing toppings, etc. Sandwiches and other food that's made to order usually are missing ingredients or toppings... or condiments. Yes it is a convenient store, but it is a little step up with the fresh foods they offer and items made to order. Since I was in a bit of a hurry, I ordered their avocado toast with bacon and it was delicious. I wanted to go back in the evening to try a burger, but I was not able to. They have a VARIETY of unique blended frappe drinks/smoothies/FROZEN HOT CHOCOLATES/FROZEN CAPPUCCINOS/Flurricanes (like McDonald's McFlurry). The price point is $1-2 lower than Starbucks. McDonald's app has $2 Frappes right now and is good for the Mocha frappe but other flavors are limited so that's where WAWA comes in when you want OTHER varieties I got the SUGAR FREE caramel frappe (made with almond milk!!) ...add Whipped Cream to it when you order! It is I-N-C-R-E-D-I-B-L-E. Cost was $3.69 Order it cuz you WON'T be disappointed. It is NOT TOO SWEET at all. It says caramel but it's not saccharine sweet. It is H-E-A-V-A-N-L-Y !!! They also have a mint cream frappe!!! Yum!! The 1/2 sandwich and soup combo is a great deal with total cost including tax under $6. You can order hoagies , cheesesteak, club, or meatball sandwich. Meatball sandwich was just ok. Beef meatball blend would've been better than their chicken/pork blend. I'll try the cheesesteak next time. They also have Vegetarian Meat Sausage sandwiches for $6-7. Kids meals are a great deal at $3.99 and you can choose from 1/2 a hoagie (Turkey, roast beef, ham, etc) , bowl of Mac n cheese, cheese enchilada, 2 breaded or 3 grilled chicken strips, and a snack plus drink. For starters, I would love if zero stars was an option. The over night manager we had the displeasure of speaking with was Jeremiah. We had ordered several items through UberEats, totaling over $50. Upon delivery, we came to find that half, if not more, of our food was missing or just totally incorrect. I myself called to this location to ask to receive some kind of explanation as to why this happened. While I was on the phone, my partner was going through the proper channels on UberEats to get a refund for our order. The first person on the phone proceeded to blame the driver for the whole thing - "Well, did you check to see if your driver got all of it?" To which I replied, "First of all, we are not going to blame the driver for this. Second of all, packing the order and its accuracy is the responsibility of the store." He tells me that "Well, we had a busy night, everyone and their mother was in here." I told him that's not my problem and how does that explain why half of my food was missing and not correct at all. Then he condescendingly calls me 'sweetie' and hangs up on me. I tell my partner what happened and they picked up the phone to call the store again. Asks to speak to a manager immediately. My partner tells him how inappropriate calling me pet names is and how his behavior is unacceptable. This "manager" then proceeds to hang up on us again. If I could include the whole conversation, trust me, I would. My partner and myself both work in food service, and I am a manager at my restaurant, both of us with 10 years or more under our belts. We have been disrespected by plenty of folks and have had many, many 'bad' shifts at work - but none of that is an excuse to act the way this so called manager named Jeremiah did. We were both shaking by the end of this exchange and never once was there any kind of courtesy or apology for *their* mistake. We are on vacation, we aren't from the area, and we haven't been to a Wawa location before. We are going through the proper channels to get our money back and file a formal complaint and I have never left a review like this for anything prior to tonight. We will go on with our lives and it's not the end of the world, but the folks working the night shift at this location are flat out rude and they took zero responsibility for anything that occurred. What's not to love about Wawa? Not only can you buy gas there and get free air for your tires, but they have some of the BEST food and coffee of any Gas stations I have ever been in. Sometimes we skip the drive thru and go here for breakfast since they have outdoor seating and they make some really great breakfast sandwiches. My mom's favorite is the Ham, egg and Cheese croissant. My new personal favorite is the Breakfast Veggie Panini. It has an egg white omelet patty, spinach leaves, roasted red peppers, veggie cream cheese and Swiss cheese all toasted on a Panini press. It is so delicious. Great Wawa location. Come here and get lunch instead of paying high prices at the parks. We just stopped here prior to returning home. Drinks are only $1. Now with refilled drinks and full tummy we are ready to make the trek home! They now have new sourdough bread sandwiches that at delicious. I love the screen ordering system. We came here in the midst of a crazy bad lightning storm--strikes less than 0.09 of a mile away--and given that it was located in a gas station, we weren't expecting much. As we had never heard of the place either--Lower 48 place or Florida place?--we didn't know what to expect. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the entire experience. You come into a gas station store, standard affair, great deals on sodas, you know the drill. There is a small kitchen area that you cannot access except for a pickup window and some digital kiosks to order at. Kiosks were responsive, allowed us to customize our sandwiches and sides with ease (Subway wishes it was this easy to use their stuff). 4 different sandwich lengths, countless topping and sauce options, a multitude of meat (or meatless) choices, and the hot/cold choice made it so we could get exactly what we wanted. The sandwiches are customizable subs (and I do mean customizable!) and service was fast. It took us less than 10 min to get our hot subs (we got Cheesesteak subs, really good). Unfortunately, there wasn't anywhere inside to sit, and since the sky was waging war upon the land, sitting at the outdoor seating wasn't really an option. So we ran to our vehicle, nearly dying, all for sandwiches. Worth it though (maybe), cause the sandwiches were really good. I've heard praises sung to Wawa from so many of my Yelp buddies that I knew it was only a matter of time before I'd find myself inside of one. Well, that opportunity came late on a Saturday night on my way out of Kissimmee. We were just about to hop on I-4 when I saw this particular location on the side of the road, beckoning me with promises of sights unseen. And I wanted a coffee. When I walked in I wasn't blown away, but I was definitely intrigued. There's a large food & drink prep area in the center of the store, and even late at night these girls were still hard at work filling orders. But where were those orders coming from? I'd heard previously that you actually use a touchscreen to choose your items and , sure enough, as we rounded the corner we saw it. Neat! It didn't take us long at all to get our drink orders placed, and while we waited we wandered around the store. There was a pretty wide selection of snacks and beverages, and even a huge cooler full of beer & wine. I was definitely impressed. Our drinks came out in a matter of minutes and were made perfectly. I'd say my mocha mint iced latte was as good or better than a leading coffee chain we all know and love. I will definitely be stopping at another Wawa soon. I started squealing with delight when I spotted the familiar logo out of the corner of my eye. What do I adore about Wawa? Their deli! Don't laugh! This gas station deli makes some delicious hoagies. They have a touch screen menu so you can truly customize your order. I got my sandwich low carb style, in a bowl with no bun. And they still tasted amazing. This location is clean, sparkling and spacious with a phenomenal selection of snacks and coffee! Gas pumpers beware: I just filled up here with 16 gallons and did not actually get 16 gallons. I know this because my car's MPG avg is 24.6 and has stayed on that pretty much for over a year. However, the 16 gallons today filled up is only getting me a little over 300 miles vs. the typical 400 and this was displayed instantly as I pumped gas. This means that I would only get 19 MPG on this tank... and that is BS! So basically, their machine isn't calibrated properly and I explained all of this to the manager and he refused to help. Well, he refused to give even a partial credit. I recommend pumping gas elsewhere. I've never had to call a gas station about being shorted until today. I've suspected it a few times, but today was VERY obvious that this is the case. read more

Many years ago, when I was a young child, my mother bought me my first buttered hard roll from Wawa. Back then they used to sit on the counter, pre buttered and wrapped in plastic. Sitting there allowed the butter to become more of a warm plasma, waiting to be devoured. It was that day that I drank the juice and became a member of the Wawa cult. Like every other person from the Northeast, I was very excited and anxiously awaited the return of my beloved Wawa. Wawa is really raising the standards for the gas and convenience store industry. I would venture to say that less than 25% of my stops to Wawa are actually for gas. They have a full menu of hoagies, soups, salads, bowls, fru fru coffee drinks, and pretty much anything you can think of. They also have donuts and a wide selection of coffee. They have every tasty cake sweet that you can think of. Large beer and drink selections. Most of my trips to Wawa are to restock our fridge with the iced tea. There really is no better tea. I personally recommend the Ice Tea/Lemonade. The gas is always comparable, if not cheaper than the rest. We use high grade, and notice that Wawa has a higher grade premium gas for most, with about a .15 difference! read more
