First and foremost this location is very unprofessional, I was there for roughly 20 minutes and in that span a lady in blue flashed out infront of everyone. She repeatedly used foul language infront of customers and was not polite in any way to her coeworkers. On top of that the food was disgraceful. Donut judge me for loving these cakey, dense circles of sweetness! Yes, I know there's a debate out there: cakey vs. yeasty but I'm team cakey all the way! I love the plain old fashioned donuts the best, but the chocolate glazed run a close second! I love the convenience of the drive thru on my way to work and enjoy grabbing a dozen or so for the office! And if I just want a pop of sugar to make it thru the day, I'll get a few donut holes!! For a quick breakfast, the egg wraps are on time! I typically order two (they are small) for a shot of protein that keeps me full of energy all morning! Everybody knows about their delicious beverages! The coffee is fresh, the hot chocolate is heart warming and the tea is tangy!! Even though this Dunkin is the closest to my house, I'm done. How is it that literally every single employee seems to have a massive chip on their shoulder? I get it, you hate your job or your boss or the world or whatever. But you ARE getting paid to do a job and part of that job is customer service. I never have complicated orders. I always say please and thank you. But every employee is so incredibly rude as if I just ruined their day by making them do their job. Very surprised that the service was exceptional, the food was great, the store was clean, our order was complete and the server was polite, dedicated to please and properly trained. I've never been a huge fan of Dunkin Donuts (I'm from South Carolina where Krispy Kreme reigns supreme), but my husband is from Massachusetts where DD is king and is on just about every corner. He loves their coffee and now that we're older and calories seem to rack up, he skips the donuts. We walk our dogs every morning super early and we like to have a cup of coffee. It's not always convenient (what I mean is that I'm sometimes lazy) to make coffee at home, so we end up buying it. Since DD opens so early, we can swing by and grab a cup on our walk. Recently before a vacation trip, we bought munchkins (aka donut holes) for our kids and coffee. Love the convenience of having a DD so close. The place was packed! It was a rainy Saturday morning and the parking lot was completely full. Thank you for coming to our neighborhood Dunkin. Already going downhill quickly. What started as a great experience the first few weeks, for me has stopped me from going here regularly. The big smiles and happiness to be serving the customer-attitudes have turned into quite the opposite as of late. The younger workers there don't seem very thrilled to be there. The last 3 times I've gone they were out of the donuts I wanted (not very uncommon donuts either - pumpkin, old fashioned and glazed - mind you, this was the afternoon). Hash browns were cold. And last time my wife wanted a frozen drink their "machine was down". It always seems to be something here every time. If they arent out of something, it's poor or slow service, if it's not poor service, a machine is not working. I guess maybe they do less volume here so can't keep so much in stock and I can appreciate that. If it happened once or twice, I'd probably not even mention it but I sure wish they'd go back to how things were week 1. read more

Finally!! What else do you need to know? It's clean, well-run, and it has all of your favorites. I feel a coffee (and donut) war coming on in this area very soon, so get on board and pick a side. On a few extra-positive notes, they have a drive thru, and it is one of the larger DD's I've seen in a long time. It even has a conference room that I am sure you can rent out once they've gotten a foothold on the neighborhood. This shopping center has seen its share of turnover, so if you want to keep DD in the hood visit early and often. Now I know there are fans of other purveyors of coffee and donuts, and some get quite militant about the whole Krispy Kreme vs. Dunkin Donuts thing as well as the shop local thing. I get all that, but let's face it, DD has been in business for a long time because of the familiarity factor, and the fact that if the store embraces the locals, the locals will embrace it right back. I haven't been to DD in a while... probably cause When it comes to DD I still just think doughnuts. But the kid picked it for the doughnuts and we needed breakfast. Unfortunately it seems I got let down by a couple things here. Primarily the breakfast sandwiches we ordered were not hot! The cheese really wasn't melted much at all and the meat was barely warm. There wasn't a line so I don't know why they rushed it. I expected it to be as good as Burger King at LEAST! Failed... Quality control should be better. Other thing wasn't as big but why don't they have a condiments bar something like Starbucks? I thought they were who they were trying to compete with at the coffee game... smh. Visually: The building itself is actually quite beautiful. Very spacious and open. Even borderline elegant. Orange lights hang gracefully from the ceiling. Service: It all depends on who's serving you. Alex is great, as are Madison and a few others. Unfortunately the manager is horrible. They recently had a change in management and the new manager is a recluse. I've only seen her once and it was a terrible experience. She was openly rude to me, rushed my order and just generally did not seem to care about my experience. She was coughing and hacking the entire time which made me lose my appetite. Food: The Donuts are pretty good. I hear they're made in store but I would recommend AGAINST getting any donuts on a Thursday. I don't know why but every Thursday the donuts are stale and hard. It's like they just recycled Wednesday's donuts. Reason for rating: while the food isn't half bad, it's clear that bad leadership is taking its toll on this location. Stopped by this morning on the way to work for a breakfast sandwich. Experience was not good. I ordered a breakfast sandwich at the drive thru. I was asked if I wanted milk and sugar for my coffee. I said I just wanted the sandwich and no drink. The employee paused and made the change. I was then told my total was $7+. I said that was way too much for a sandwich and questioned whether my order correct. I was told that was for the sandwich, hash browns and coffee. I responded that I had just told her 60 seconds ago that I did not want a drink. When I got the pick up window the kid taking the order (everyone who works their seems to be a school kid) stormed up to the window, pushed the other employee to the side and began to lecture me about ordering and call me out for ordering a #3 which is a combo and not a sandwich. When I order a breakfast sandwich on my way to work I really do not need a side of attitude by a 16 year old. On a side note I am not sure who does the planning for these franchises, but the location is lees than ideal. It is on the wrong side of a busy road. Presumably Dunkin' Donuts relies on a strong breakfast/ morning business. However in the morning 95% of people are heading eastbound on the way to work. This store is on the westbound side, so people will be passing on their way home from work later in the day. read more

I've been to this location about 10 times in the past two months, and my experience has been hit or miss. I expect all Dunkin Donuts to be similar, but about half of the time I've ordered, something has been incorrect. My last three orders have all had something wrong with them - either a regular coffee without my flavored syrup in it, or giving me a hot bagel with cream cheese when I ordered a plain, untoasted bagel with nothing on it. The service has been fine. I've waited in the drive-thru for a little longer than usual on most days, but the workers have been friendly. I just wish my orders would be correct each time I visit, so that I am not wasting my money. Update: After filling out the survey they give you with your receipt, I was contacted by someone from their local corporate office. I was given an apology and was told they would send me a gift card, which I greatly appreciated. In the mail a few days later, I received a coupon that was expiring in 3 days and a gift card that had a balance of $0.00. This store started out weak, grew to a reasonable location and now is awful. The manager today, when I asked for a buttered English Muffin, did not get what I order... even after repeating it. Then told me that I got an English Muffin. If you don't know what buttered means DONT work in the food industry. Please Dunkin Donuts stop hiring or promoting lazy incompetent managers. I placed an order online. When I picked it up, the drink wasn't ready. That was no big deal. The employee who started making it did not have her mask covering her nose. I asked if she could get someone else to make the drink because of this (thinking it would give her time to fix her mask and wash her hands). She became agitated and yelled for someone else to make it. Everyone was busy. She wiped her hands on her pants and made the drink AGAIN! She slid it over to me as if I was doing her a disservice. I immediately asked the cashier for a refund. The person who made the drink yelled, "PLEASE give her her money back!" This is a pandemic-not cold food! I asked the shift lead for the manager's number. She gave me the store phone number instead. I called customer service and was told the franchise owner is supposed to call me within 2 business days.
