When I was finally acknowledged (now 20 minutes after the chicken sandwich combo plus fried pickles was ordered) the manager Daniel finally let me know they were out of the fried pickles but offered a different side (which costs $1 less) or could refund the purchase and re-ring what I received. Since I was hungry, I ate my meal and proceeded to the counter afterwards for my refund. After I explained I wanted the refund, Daniel stepped away and was on his phone. As he came back to the counter area, he went to the drive through, rather than continuing with me. After waiting a few more minutes without him returning, I got in my car and went through the drive through, since that is the only way to get a response. At the drive through, Daniel changed his story that he couldn't handle a refund, and that it would need to go through the app. I explained I tried going through the app, but the bot didn't offer a refund. He suggested calling, which I told I did and he directs you to the website and the bot. Left without getting my refund. Not sure why they need to keep the dining room so cold.
