Came to McDonald's to get some fries and cookies and waited about 10 minutes for my fries and they weren't even salty and didn't really have much flavor at all. They told me to pull forward to one of the drive-through spots to wait for my cookies, and mentioned that I would receive an extra cookie for the trouble, but they didn't even end up giving me the extra cookie that they had promised me, which I was very sad about. read more

Unfortunately, this place is not worth stopping at. Came by and young lady taking the order through drive-thru couldn't understand what we wanted..."light tarter sauce on my filet-o-fish. She was oblivious to her own job. Got my order from the manager (Steven Linares) who was dry and rude. Not a smile or hello. Didn't apologize or even at least acknowledge me. Obviously he didn't want to be working his shift. Once I received my order...they had added "extra, extra tarter sauce" I couldn't even pick up the sandwich. The whole box was full of tarter sauce. It was a ridiculous amount of tarter. We then had to wait 25 minutes for another sandwich. Avoid this at all costs. The manager is horrible. Had an attitude after all of this! Thumbs down on this place. They really need new management- fast food isn't so fast or tasty! Update- took me getting off the car to remind him of my sandwich he had clearly forgotten. Unbelievable! I don't know where to start and this place has left me speechless. But upfront...seriously read the other reviews. You can't make this stuff up! People knock McDonald's all the time, but I have found good McDonald's with bad reviews. In this case...the reviews speak in volumes. First, expect to wait whether inside or at the window. There is nothing fast about this fast food restaurant. I don't mind waiting if it's quality food, but here...it's not that...it's the staff. And I/we know you will wait both inside and at the drive thru because we initially went inside and the staff couldn't be bothered with us. After waiting for what seemed like an eternity and viewing the filth inside...we decided to try going through the drive-thru. Still a wait. Mind you, they weren't busy.............they will just wait until they are ready and/or want to do their job. You're just a paying customer after all. Come to think of it...why did we go through the drive thru when the inside was kind of creepy....hmmm? So, we get our food and head down the road...and guess what? I would have never guessed they are open 24hrs. I came in at 6:55am asking for pick up on a door dash order. 7am came around still nobody has talked to me. Look around, I see them start to bag up the order. Worker stops mid sticker and goes to the back, 5 more minutes pass and nothing. The other girl working is on her phone over the prepping station texting. I myself had to grab the bag & finish stickering the top. Door dash employess are on a highly time maganged base. One song waterfall by chris tomlin I actually enjoyed and may check it out later. I just hate going to a place of business with no religious intent and hearing religious music. The rage I experienced with how terrible, rude, and completely nonplussed the employees are plus the parking to wait to correct an order that came back to me three separate times only to be treated disrespectfully is so intense that I had to waste more time writing a review to warn others to stay away. Literally every time you go you'll be parking to wait for at least another 10 minutes. And it'll be wrong anyway. When there are more than 5 people standing in the lobby returning food, MAYBE YOU SHOULD CHANGE HOW YOU OPERATE. The only reason this place gets customers is because of the location for the drunk people from downtown or the exhausted and desperate people who work late with little to no options for a hot meal after work. They were very unprofessional. First this girl jasmine didn't want to take our order she want it us to use kia no matter what. I told her I was Doing a promo that I need it help and she just walked away. Then they gave me an uncooked chicken sandwich. I wait it 20 minutes they were all talking and giggling on front counter. I told Liz the manager that I wanted my money back that I waited for too long . That's when they realized my sandwich was made but nobody even knew about it. Girl with the brown hair and brown skin at the front charged me full price and said that she wasn't taking my coupon. This place is TERRIBLE!! Went through the drive-thur and had 3 cars in front of us. They parked us in a curbside spot and told to wait there. 7 cars got their food before us. We live very close to this location so it's a convenient site to visit, but due to several past bad service experiences and now this most recent one, we've decided to see what steps can be taken to prevent other customers from having the same experiences. Even if it means someone having to review the video of this last visit (Order 51 if it helps.), they would see another customer having to walk into the site to receive her order. The manager also made no attempt to remedy the situation for us. This has occurred too often, but we always assumed that things would improve, but that's not the case here at all. On multiple occasions the accuracy of our order was incorrect and at times we did not receive all that we ordered and again, management never seems to be too concerned about the horrible service and has never been apologetic or interested in rectifying the issue. This site needs to be investigated ASAP at different times throughout the day. I would recommend doing so without site members being aware. As a side note: We do not plan on visiting the site again and will advise others not to as well. read more

I work really close to this location as a receptionist and I can't leave to get lunch so a coworker picked up my lunch order for me. I ordered a crispy snack wrap and got a grilled snack wrap with chicken that was pink, cold, and literally the size of a chicken nugget. My fries were so under cooked they were nearly white and completely soggy. I never expected AMAZING food from McDonald's, but seriously? How hard is it to cook french fries? So disgusting. Nothing special or particularly bad about this place. Just like every other McDonald's around the U.S. I originally ordered the crispy chicken sandwich. It was so dry and chewy it was inedible. The staff was very polite and professional. They offered to make a fresh one, but after telling me the chicken takes 7 minutes I asked to exchange it. They did so with no argument. Staff is unprofessional. The wait is long. I ordered a quarter pounder without onions. I got the burger with onions. I opened it in front of the staff and told her I am allergic. She said she'll remake the burger but instead she took the onions off and added a next cheese to cover it up. I was driving back to Jacksonville when I got a terrible allergic reaction and did not have my Epi-Pen! I could've lost my life because of their laziness and unprofessionalism!!! After reading prior negative reviews I almost avoided this Mcdonald's but, being hungry and in slight hurry I chose to Drive Thu. My experience was GREAT!!! Ironically despite the bad reviews this was the best Mcdonalds visit I have had in a long time! The order taker was nice, greeted me with a smile and no grunt or hiss when making special request of no canadian bacon on my two egg white delights and on the side for my dog instead. I also asked for two packs of mayo and a med chocolate chip frappe'. I was in and out of the Drive Thu line for in less then 2 mins and for the food, Well my food was HOT, the canadian bacon was in a nugget box for my buddy "Dojah", my frappe' looked nice and was perfect, my MAYO was IN THE BAG as well as napkins and the very RARE STRAW for my frappe' as well as my reciept!!! Two happy thumbs up as soon as I finish eating!!! Great Job and as for me this place did a great job this time around and the bad reviews may have made management step it up or it is just the issue of the fact that you can NOT PLEASE EVERYONE and after working at fast food in my childhood I know how people are and expect some bizarre and plain stupid things and complain about any and everything!!!!
