I do not typically review fast food restaurants, but I wanted to in this case to recognize an awesome employee. My coworker and I visited Taco Bell during a busy lunch rush. It is a couple of days after Irma hit, many businesses do not have power, so as you can imagine Taco Bell was even more packed than usual. All of the employees were working really hard to expedite orders as quickly as possible. One stood out and that was Catricia who was working the counter. She greeted every single guest with enthusiasm, kindness, and serious positive vibes! She never seemed stressed or frustrated despite the long line of people she had to take care of. She made my day! I placed an order on mobile pick up, and when I arrived to the drive-through, no one was answering, and I looped around twice, and I could clearly see team members sitting down at a table and finally had to send my boyfriend to go inside and see what was going on and that's when the employee sitting down at the table, got up to finally go, tell somebody to handle the drive-through or to help us in general. Last night I was craving Taco Bell. I got in the car and went to the one on McCoy Rd. I ordered two Soft Taco Supremes and two Chicken Soft Tacos. I also ordered Taco Chips with an order of Cheese and a Jalapeño cup. The soft tacos and chicken soft tacos were cold. The Taco chips were old and tasted like if they were old that I still have that bad taste in my mouth and I just ate one. I paid a little over $14.00 for BBC this order and am very disappointed.
