I've been to this location many times and never bothered to write a review... shame on me! Okay, so contrary to what some people say, Culver's has the best burgers in the fast-food industry. There, I said it. The beef tastes fresh and perfectly seasoned... every single time! During my last visit, I decided to go on an adventure and tried the Cod Dinner. It was great! The batter was crispy and well-seasoned, and the fish was flaky, moist, and tasted super fresh. The fries were good, and the coleslaw was absolutely delicious. This was a hit for me, and once Lent starts, I'll be coming here more often. I might try their Walleye Dinner next. The staff was great, as always, and the restaurant was clean. For a fast food restaurant I am always impressed with the food, the service and the cleanliness of this establishment. Melahn has taken our order a few times and she is always exceedingly polite and helpful. The food is always hot and fresh when it is delivered to our table by one of the other smiling employees. I went for a Culver's deal on 6/20/25 where they were rolling out their new chicken sandwiches. I ordered the fried sandwich with the normal toppings and instead I got two spicy fried sandwiches. Not good! The drive through seemed overwhelmed due to the BOGO deal. I tried to order online but it seems they had disabled online ordering due to volume. It was about 9ish and they closed at 12 midnight so it was not last minute. I generally love Culver's but this was disappointing since I cannot tolerate spicy food. I will always love Culver's! My go-to is the Mushroom & Swiss Burger. It's perfectly buttery, savory, and just hits the spot every time. For a side, I can never resist their onion rings they're crispy, golden, and even better dipped in honey mustard. And of course, I have to finish every meal with a Concrete Mixer loaded with cookie dough and Heath that's the ultimate treat! This is hands-down my favorite fast food spot. Food was the worst quality of all Culver's visited. Used the app again for the order and used the Curdside pickup. It was not very busy and we still had to go inside to get our order. Had to go back inside to get missing items. I'm going to give the chain a few more chances before quitting them for good. read more

Used the app for pickup and picked a time slot. Arrived a few minutes early and waited in the pickup spot. For 26 minutes. We watched the mid-afternoon line run through repeatedly (because the lunch rush was over). After 26 minutes I went inside and asked if there was an order in our name, and there it sat, in a bag on the counter. Unbeknownst to us, it was all cold (tepid). I was handed a shake that was sat in a metal cooler on the counter, albeit politely, and left. Only to realise that there was another one missing. So back I went to collect it, from staff who were just laying over the counter, backside facing me. As we're driving back my husband takes out his COLD onion rings, takes one bite and throws them back in the bag. So I pulled over into a parking lot and checked my chicken sandwich that was now cool to the touch (gross). The meal was ruined, and we just sort of picked at it rather than turn back and risk having something done to out replacement order as retribution for complaining. Indulging in a delicious first-time Culver's lunch in Orlando! We were on vacation and this Culver location is across our resort hotel. The ButterBurgers were juicy, the fries were crispy, and the cashew salad was refreshing. The service was quick and friendly as we took some time to figure what to order. They give you table number and the order arrived quick and hot (at least the burger and fries). Hubby said the burger was really good with high quality toppings. My salad was really big and wasn't able to eat it all. The restaurant was not busy when we visited but it was large, bright and clean. I liked the touch of the blue plastic fork and knife. Coming from Vancouver, all our single use utensils are made with wood. :) Next time I see a Culver's during my travels in USA, we didn't have room to try the custard. Came here for the first time despite always passing it on our way to Costco. We were pleasantly surprised! The service was great and the value for the food was fantastic. The kids meal was HUGE (like... it could've passed for an adult meal) with a burger, side, drink, and dessert. I thought that was a great deal. The food itself was also great - the cheese curds? My first ever visit to a Culver's. My son really wanted to try it while on vacation since we don't have anywhere near us. The menu is really big and it seems as though the easiest thing to do is order online as it's easier to see what all your choices are and the customization available. Most of us ordered at the register and I wasn't sure what exactly I wanted when it was my turn and that's why I say the online order would be easier. My son ordered at the same time online, but our food came a good 5 minutes before his. I ended up with the deluxe burger, fries and signature sauce on the side. We also ordered a side of pretzel bites and cheese for the group. The burger was pretty decent. The fries were crinkle cut and were cooked well. The signature sauce was interesting. I liked it but would probably not order it again. The standout out was the pretzel bites. They were awesome. My son had cheese curds as his side and to me they were just okay. My father in law had onion rings and they smelled delicious. My son had a cement mixer (their version of DQ Blizzard). He seemed to really enjoy it but said next time he would get a small instead of a medium because it was really rich since it's custard. We placed an online order and I went to drive thru instead of parking and employee kyran was super grumpy. Then he tells me : you have to wait, you JUST placed an order- which wasn't true. My order was scheduled for 11:45. He never advised anyone i was there waiting . After almost 20 min I walked in and I found out my food was ready. Manager didn't do anything and they were all laughing of me. What a joke. Ridiculous customer service I asked his name and he mocked me asking if I wanted a picture. I'm surprised by the quality of this fast food joint! It's not the best that I've had, but it's definitely up there in value. The burger was good and the toppings were high quality and fresh. The cheese curds were my favorite part of the meal. Well seasoned and much better than the typical fries you get from most other fast food chains. Came here because when I visit cities I like to try chain burger spots that I don't have in California! Had seen some content creator videos about Culver's so I took advantage of the opportunity! Kept it simple with a single patty bacon cheeseburger with the fries! Fries smacking! I just truly enjoy a good crinkle cut fry! The burger was legit! I stopped by the Culver's Millenia location on Friday, November 4, 2022. Unlike the previous times I've been to this restaurant, I decided to go outside Culver's forte of their Butter Burgers and went instead to their Jumbo Butterfly Shrimp Platter. The dinner portion comes either with six or ten pieces of shrimp, with sides of coleslaw, french fries and a roll. The meal for the most part was delicious and a bargain for the price. The only issue I had was their coleslaw had a little bit too much mayonnaise for my liking. Culver's is my go-to place for their North Atlantic Cod dinner. But when I saw the Walleye dinner (~$20), I had to go for it! I am from the Great Lakes area, and Walleye is a highly prized game fish. Light, tender, slightly nutty flavor. Along with Perch, Walleye is one of the best fish the Great Lakes has to offer for the table. Hell, I was starting to think it was impossible for Culver's to make a hot, fresh burger or even illegal to do so. I asked for extra grilled onions and they literally put extra grilled onions. This place is a quick service burger joint. You order at the counter, they give you a number, and then they bring everything out to you when it's done. The burgers and fries always come out quick and hot. If you omit items on your burger such as tomatoes, onions, etc it brings the cost of your burger down. Coming from CA, my husband holds In N Out as the bar for burger joints. He's said this is the most bang of your buck burger joint and the closest you can find to In N Out. What a gem this whole chain is. This people have gone above and beyond to take the fast industry by storm. The amount of traffic each of this locations generate it's off the charts. Even though I love burgers, this was my first time at a Culver's location. I enjoyed dining here since it was a whole experience. The employees working there. We're very friendly and helpful to guide me through the menu and explain me the different combos and options they have. I ordered a mushroom and Swiss burger with some cheese courts, and my husband order a cheeseburger with fries. And I want to say that, even though it sounds simple, their butter buns and the unique flavor of the food made it an incredible meal for a fast food restaurant. Also, during my visit, I noticed that the restaurant was very clean and the employees were walking around to see if anybody needed help.
