Dirty and mismanaged. I ordered a sandwich and noticed that they were messing up orders. When it came time for mine, the girl realized she may have given me to wrong order too. Who doesn't love Wawa?!?! I went in for a hoagie. No line which was great! I was able to order my sandwich quickly and pay for it. The only thing was that at checkout the employee kept telling the other workers to watch their language because customers were in the store. I could hear all of the inappropriate conversation which is the reason for three stars instead of four. read more

Worst Wawa I have ever been to. Came here to pick up an Uber eats order that I had placed myself. The order wasn't ready for pickup even though I had placed it a half hour prior. I tried to ask the cashier where the pickup location was so that I could simply grab the items and go, and she refused to tell me. I had to ask a different employee. Then at the pickup spot, the smoothie was there but was completely melted and didn't have whipped cream as shown on the menu, neither of the other items I ordered were there. When I asked for the whipped cream the employee argued that it doesn't have that, I showed him the picture, he tried to tell me "the customer" ordered it without whipped cream, I told him that I am the customer that ordered it, I did not order it without whipped cream, and could I please have whipped cream. He said no. I said can I please PAY extra for whipped cream, he said no. Then said I'll just give it to you, but he turned around muttering profanities. At this point I didn't trust that he wouldn't mess with the container of whipped cream due to the way he was behaving and I said nevermind, he ended up throwing it on the counter aggressively. I tried to ask the cashier in the front where I could find the 2 packs of Reese's that were also a part of the order. She told me that she was too busy as they were short staffed and I would need to wait (about 7 people in line). I said ma'am I'm simply asking where to locate them myself, I'm not asking you to stop what you are doing. Could you please tell me which aisle? She then said she was unwilling to help me due to my "attitude". If this location can't even provide people with the pickup locations of the items they order, they shouldn't be available on Uber eats / door dash. As someone who also occasionally works as a delivery driver for extra money, I'll decline delivering any order for this location in the future (and now I realize why everyone other delivery person declined picking up from here and I had to go get it myself, even with extra tip on the order). read more

This store is pretty much your average wawa. Any time I got to wawa I get an ice tea but sometimes that run out of ice tea, so I have to drink the store bought one. The store bought one is very sugary and is very sweet. The overall rating of this place is 4/5 just because sometimes they run out of stuff and sometimes it is pretty dirty. read more

I usually don't take time out to write reviews, but today warrants it. I had a simple question about a breakfast item, to one of the team members behind the food bar that required a simple "yes sure we have that" or "No, I'm sorry we are out" Instead I received a nasty response that was then cleaned up once she seen the offense on my face. Please train your staff on customer service or let them go. And it's disgusting behind the food counter by the way; I think I'll save my self from sickness and poor customer service by skipping the hot and cold ordered food. read more

So apparently the carrier Priscilla doesn't like to provide a bag to customers. Just stopped in to make a purchase which consisted of a bottle of soda and pack of gum. I asked for a bag which was snatched out of the bag holder and placed on the counter with my purchase. Now she eventually put the products in the bag but I am not sure why the bag was placed on the counter instead of the contents getting placed inside of it. Sorry if it's an issue or inconvenience but I have never received such a response at Wawa for requesting a bag. I will kindly avoid this location if this is usual customer service. I have absolutely great experience on Airport Road and Basin Road locations. read more

Completely filthy in this store. I was going to order a sub there, but when I saw how disgusting the place is I lost my appetite. Stopped by this morning for coffee and a pretzel. The "boy" on the cash register was a straight up jerk. No good morning, nothing, had the look like "I just don't feel like being here", RIDICULOUS. After my purchase was taken care of I asked for a bag and he snatched the bag from the holder, threw my pretzel in the bag and threw it on the counter. I'm glad I was a little sluggish because I should had YOKED HIS TAIL. Just a total jerk. read more

I stopped here to fill my tank before heading north to Pennsylvania which has a gas tax of 45 cents per gallon. The parking lot and gas pumps appear to be a bit tighter than other Wawa locations. It shares the driveway with the strip mall next door and there is only one way in or out. I was a bit disappointed that I did not get a receipt with my purchase. read more

I am giving this wawa 4 stars for the simple fact that it's a wawa and fairly close to my surroundings. I do think that this is a bad location spot. It's hard to get in & out of the parking lot. It always sometimes hard to just find parking. read more

Not one week after saying to friends that you can always count on Wawa, I went in to this location for the first time. I was really put off by how dirty it was compared to other locations. There were bits of trash on the floor throughout the store, trash cans that really needed cleaning, spilled drinks on the coffee prep counter, and a large liquid spill near the kitchen area was marked with a caution sign instead of getting cleaned up. The concrete outside the entrance was heavily stained (a quick pressure wash would make a huge difference). I just needed a cup of coffee (the first dispenser I chose was empty) but given the lack of attention to basic cleaning/maintenance I might hesitate to order any food prepped in-store at this location. It was just a dumpy gas station with a convenience store, not what I expect from a Wawa. read more
