This was my first time visiting…read more Positives: The salon itself was very welcoming and had a nice aesthetic. The person at the front desk was very friendly and so was my aesthetician. The private room was very calming and relaxing while having my facial and I felt very relaxed when I left. Negatives: the facial itself didn't yield any results for me. I had a hydrafacial, with my main areas of concern being hydration and to help with the signs of aging. Unfortunately neither occurred. My face was smoother and brighter for maybe 2 days afterwards but it was also very tight and dry. The fine lines around my eyes and mouth were more pronounced and noticeable than they were before. I did see a temporary reduction in blackheads around my nose, but less than a week later, my skin was back to being dry, dull and flaky like it was before. UPDATE: Two weeks later and my skin is breaking out like crazy and peeling in some places. I have texture where I didn't have it before. It looks worse than before I went. I'm disappointed that I didn't see any positive results and angry because of the breakouts and other adverse side effects. I will NOT go back again.

Regardless of how a customer books, the quality of service should remain consistent. For the record I did in fact include all messages between me and the merchant if I can even call her that for the lack of service provided. She took me to the room and we talked about what areas I would like her to focus on and then she stepped out so I could get undressed. The next hour was completely wonderful and relaxing. Roseanne concentrated on my upper back and lightly touched upon other areas, just as I requested. After the hour was over, Roseanne left the room and I got dressed and met her back in the main waiting room where she gave me another cup of water.
