I thought I was just being insecure about the way my nails looked but when I got home my husband laughed and told me they looked like some regular person did them so now I have to go spend more $ some where else to change them. I wish I could give zero stars! I just got my nails done one week ago and one already fell off. I have two that are lifting very badly it is just a disaster. I've never had nails fall or lift this soon. Not to mention the person who did my nails was very rough and cut me multiple times. I had to go back because my gel chipped the same night. Don't judge my feet. However, I got my feet done and nails done on Sunday and two days later on Tuesday this is what they look like. They did a horrible job but I paid anyway thinking anything was better than nothing but now that the polish is peeling and deadskin is visible I am a bit pissed. I called to let them know. And Ana said I would have to pay $7 to have them fixed .... I paid $75 on Sunday. I will not return, not even for my eyebrows. My wife had an upset stomach while in the chair and had to excuse herself to go the restroom and then came back after 5 minutes. She has to excuse herself again and come to find out she had food poisoning. The 2nd time, one of the employees said we are losing money because of her. I paid and left and they didn't finish her nails. She went back the next day and charged her more to finish. Plus they are now lifting after less than a week. Will not be returning. read more

TERRIBLE !!! This is by far the worst experience i have ever had at a nail Salon EVER. I was charged full price for a "Gel full set " and My nails were simply painted with OPI polish covered in a gel top coat and sat under the nail dryer. I knew something was wrong but i paid & left. I know very well there are specific procedures you must do to achieve the Gel look ... including USING ACTUAL GEL POLISH which was not done. The next morning EACH nail was chipped and cracked so i returned and asked for a full refund , they refused and told me they would "fix " it. A few days later i returned in hopes that they would honor their promise or at least deduct an amount to have their mistake corrected. ..every staff person argued with me and told me thats not how they do it bc they are Asian ?!! They told me i waited too long & it was my fault my nails were messed up. The guy who did my nails lied to my face & told me he did my nails the right way -____- My nails were visibly bad and i was treated with no respect as a customer. This is the nail place at Southpark Mall at the entrance by the theatre. This was the worst nail salon I've ever been to. First of all, when I walked in and asked for a full set of "gel nails" on a Sunday, the older employees said something in a foreign language to the younger girl there and she said, "No! No! No!" They told me to sit there in front of her anyway, it was obvious she didn't want to do my nails, it was 45 minutes before closing. It became clear to me very quickly she did not have very much experience and she was so slow and sloppy with the application of the nails. I specifically asked her for gel nails, not acrylic. The sign says 20 dollars. She glued nail tips on horrible, they kept popping off and she kept having to add more glue. I should have stopped her then and there and asked for someone else. I regretfully didn't. She applied the nail products sloppily and thick and uneven. I thought maybe she would use the drill to shape and thin the areas out, no such luck! She nicked my skin. I'm looking at her apply the products and I asked her again are these gel nails because it looks like acrylic to me and she said "yes, gel nails". Come to find out, It was acrylic! She APPLIED A GEL POLISH and called it gel nails! I was charged $40 when my nails were done. When I got outside and was able to examine my nails better, I saw that some of my nails weren't even completely glued to the plastic nail tips and there were tiny spaces between nail and tip which can cause water and substances to get in. There were thick spots of acrylic unevenly filed down on several nails. The only thing decent was the gel polish color. My daughter had her set done by the older male there and asked for "gel nails" too and he did the exact same thing to her, charging 40 dollars for acrylic nails with gel "polish" applied. At least he applied them correctly and even and hers looked much better than mine but we were still ripped off. $80 for 2 sets of acrylic nails with "gel polish" not the gel nails we asked for. If I could give this place no stars I would. This place is so unprofessional and they do a crap job. I got my toes done and went in a following day for them to fix it, I called before to make sure they could fix it and when I got there the guy said he couldn't fix it. I am not from the area so I paid a cab to go there just to be told "no". The time before that my acrylic nails were chipping and outgrown with a yellow tint. terrible. hands were shaky. pedicurist didn't even trim or file my toenails. manicurist left my nail tips ridged, I had to file them myself. they used the drill the whole time to remove my gel which absolutely ruined my nails and made them thin, soft, and fragile. gel polish was messy and thin. pedicurist didn't bother pointing out that I had chipped a toenail and ended up just polishing the gel over the crack instead of fixing it. I had to find out myself and the next day I just had to cut my own nails: fingers and toes, which was difficult considering that I was 33 weeks pregnant. just terrible. I will never come back. DO NOT WASTE MONEY!!!!!! I can't believe my experience!! First I went in for eyebrows which was great even tho Kim wasn't there left to shop came back for a acrylic-gel fill in which I was charged 33 dollars for (it's clearly on the price list that the cost is 20.00) and Maria the lady who did them did not inform me she was overcharging me until after she swiped my card. She lies in my face as if I can't read the wall or I've never had my nails done before and tells me what she did was pure gel nails. I can't begin to express my disgust she was very unprofessional complaining about her coworkers because she was the only one out of the four of them who actually knew how to do anything other than pedicures. She refused to do the client after myself bc she said she may have a heart attack from working so hard when my nails are far from the result of that.
