I will preface this by saying that I really had high hopes on this place based on the reviews. I can't say my experience was pleasant. The room while I was getting all of this done in was extremely hot, smelled like fish inside, and it felt unprofessional. The girl dropped things on the floor and didnt wash her hands or change gloves after. I read up online how to care for my lashes and brows. No water for 2 days after on either one. I waited 3 DAYS until I cleaned my brows and lashes after the appointment. Within less THAN A WEEK, my eyelashes started to fall down. I now am currently having to curl my lashes so they look the same as the others, which I shouldn't be having to do! That is why I got this done in the first place.... to not have to curl my lashes!!!! I let Kiara know I wasn't happy with how they turned out. She offered a lash serum for the troubles, but that doesn't help the fact that I did not get what I paid for. a whopping $200 wasted. (I bought lash serum AFTER the appointment so I didn't even need it!!) I asked if there was at least a discount on the next service I got, since she said I couldn't get anything done 8 weeks. I got the feeling that wasn't going to happen. 8 WEEKS of having to curl my lashes DAILY if my life now. It's embarassing if I don't do it! Needless to say I won't be coming back. I like to give people the benefit of the doubt, but this experience was upsetting. Really hope anyone who comes here has a better experience than I. The reason I'm giving 2 stars is for the sweet, kind front desk girl. read more

I've been waxing for a few years now with the same esthetician, so I was a bit nervous to find a new one after relocating. I had a Brazilian with Mary Grace today and she was excellent! She was kind, thorough, and honestly was much gentler than other Brazilians I've had. The results are great! She provided after care recommendations as well - you can tell she really knows her craft! The center itself was exceptionally clean which is always good, especially during these times. They sent reminder texts leading to to the appointment as well. I just had a Brazilian with Ruth after AN ENTIRE YEAR since my last one (thanks, COVID, you bastard). I'd been trimming in that year but needed a wax for an upcoming beach trip. To most people's point, yes this place is more expensive than most other places around, but you get what you pay for. Waxing the city is worth EVERY single penny. Just do it. I have been waxing for almost 15 years and there is nothing worse than going to an appointment you already don't want to go to and then subsequently leaving unhappy. I have never had that experience at WTC and to be honest I am so relieved this place is just as much of a gem as the location I was visiting in central florida before we moved. For a brazilian wax, this is as painless as it comes. The smaller strips take longer, but I absolutely prefer this to the alternative. I can actually relax and unwind a little while I am being serviced which isn't a given considering. The center itself is beautiful, clean, and smells wonderful. Loads of products to choose from. Everyone was super friendly and professional. And they also have different memberships to save you money which make the most sense. I left so very happy today and look forward to returning in a few weeks. I'd give this place more stars if I could! read more

Giving it a 3 because the place was very clean and staff very nice. Sadly I wasn't completely happy with by eyebrow wax service. I've let them grow for months, been hesitant to do them for the fear they would be messed up and it happened. At first when I saw them laying down it looked really good but when I got home they weren't even and waxed took off hair in places I didn't ask (we discussed before hand).I'm pretty certain if they weren't wax/cleaned from the angle they were (from only behind my head, rather than from the sides/front for better view) they would have been perfect. I did like the wax they use, left my skin soft and not red like regular wax. read more

I really enjoyed coming here. The wax was as pain-free as a wax can be. It was a bit time consuming but I understand that is their art of waxing. Service was very friendly and the place was very clean. My only complaint was the price. They a lot more expensive that other waxing studios around. You save on a subscription but, even with that, it's still almost $10 more than other Brazilian wax studios around. Less painful but more money. Since the pain only lasts a second, I'm not sure I'm sold on paying so much more per wax. Also, I got worse ingrown hairs than usual. Maybe it was a one-time thing. Not sure. I'd have to go back once more before I pass too much judgement. If I go back and get more ingrown hairs, I'd reduce the rating. Side note: I've been getting consistent Brazilians for over 15 years. UPDATED: went back and super impressed with the service again. No red bumps and a prefect wax. Bought a membership!! read more

I had a great experience! Kiara was my cerologist for my first ever Brazilian wax, and she made me feel so comfortable and was incredibly efficient. I will absolutely be returning! If you are thinking about getting a Brazilian, I HIGHLY recommend. The pain is very manageable with some deep breathing and the whole process took less than 30 minutes. I had very little irritation or discoloring after about 2 days of recovery, whereas with shaving I am plagued by red bumps/patches, itching, irritation, and ingrowns after just a few hours of smoothness. I don't think I will ever return to shaving. Absolutely not worth the hassle and after effects for just a few hours of results. Waxing is my new friend!!!!! read more

A new waxing place! Woo-hoo! Visited this new location last week and I'm beyond pleased. They have online booking and late hours. I booked a 7:45pm and they were waiting on me when I arrived. The office has an upscale feel and staff are helpful. The waxing rooms are small but really you don't need a lot of room for this. The superstar here is Debby. I've been getting waxed for several years so I'm well acquainted with the pain and expected a typical experience. This was much, much different from anything I've encountered. Instead of getting in there and going as fast as possible to ensure a high client turnover, Debby took her time, worked small areas and produced great results. Instead of the typical 15 minute Brazilian I was there for 45 minutes. That's the key, go slow, small areas. The services are pricey, almost twice what I normally pay, but totally, completely worth it. I'll happily shell out $60 for their waxing skills. read more

I just had the best wax service in Alpharetta. From the time you walk in the door to the experience in the waxing room... it's all about professionalism. It's great to go to a place where the products are amazing, the service is painless and private and most of all you know they are all experienced and have pride in what they do. I never understood why people would get their waxing done in a nail salon by people who may or may not be licensed and they use products that are substandard and they do the service out in the open. When someone does any skin service they should know what they are doing and I'm so happy that I found this place because I do not break out afterwards and my skin felt better than ever without any pain! read more
