I had a lash lift a few weeks or so ago and I am in love!! I have tried lash extensions, but they don't last! [[HIGHLIGHT]]Ashlee Love at Waxing the City suggested a lash lift![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I'd heard of them but shrugged it off! For a week or two I used a lash serium suggested by Ashlee to thicken my lashes first. (it worked)! Then we did the lash lift!! After a few days, I added a brush or two of mascara and my lashes just popped!!! Best decision ever!!! I am a believer!!! Here I am about 6 weeks out and still loving my lashes!!! A must try!! I came in for a quick eyebrow wax. The waxing itself wasn't very painful especially compared to other eyebrow waxes I've had; however, my finished eyebrows were just okay. She didn't ruin them or anything... and they definitely looked better afterwards than they did before, but they aren't nearly as clean and uniform as they are when I've gone to other salons or even Ulta's Benefit Brow Service. I've also noticed that all my little blonde fuzzy hair is still there; the wax really only removed my dark eyebrow hair. The facility is very clean and the staff is wonderful. Pricing is also great and I like that they have options to buy in bundles in order to save money. I loved how easy it was to book online. When I left they gave me a little goodie bag with a few samples. I may come back and try a bikini wax since I think they do a good job getting rid of dark hair, but I'm still undecided if I'll give the eyebrow wax another try. read more

This studio is very professional and the ambiance of the company is very clean and modern. Online booking was a breeze and had availability for my same day appointment. I had a Brazilian Wax service performed by my cereologist Hailey. She was very friendly and easy to talk to. She performed excellent standard precautions to be sanitary and remained that way the entire service. I have had Brazilian Waxing services done in the past and am aware that the longer you wait between services the more prone to pain you are. I'm currently enrolled in cosmetology school and know the steps to a waxing service and many of those steps were skipped. No test temp was performed before the wax was applied. There wasn't any skin prep cleanser used. After the service was completed, no Wax-OFF was used to get the reminder wax off. Aloe is used to help with redness/pain and to give some moisture back to the skin. No aloe was used to soothe my red and irritated skin. To me... that step is extremely important and helps the waxed area to be soothed immediately after the service is completed. During the night, I continued to take small pieces of wax off of myself and had to clean the area multiple times and apply aloe so that it didn't hurt so much. After further inspection of the area, I saw that my skin had been lifted off in one spot. I have never had that occur with my previous services and believe it was due to the hot wax. I called the studio this morning and the response I got was "Thank you for telling us that. It is good to know." That was it. Super awkward and not the best customer service when it came to receiving a complaint. I won't be going back due to fear of being burned and lack of procedures I believe are crucial in a waxing service. read more

I would recommend this place to anyone. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Also on your first visit they give you a 50% discount, which one can't go wrong with this. The place is overall clean and the service is very fast. I bought a sugar scrub which smells amazing but the scrub gets hard if you don't use it often which Sucks. read more

I'll start with the service is great, As a regular customer, I joined the monthly club. With COVID 19, they aren't showing you your charges. I realized they have been double charging me for at least two months for services. When I noticed and asked to have it corrected, I was told I would get a call in 8 days to maybe fix it. That's not the customer service I would expect when it was their error. And the person I talked to KNEW and did it anyway. Not trusting this business with my money. read more

After years of getting my eyebrows waxed at nail salons, I finally decided to see a professional. What a difference! From the moment I walked in the customer service was wonderful. Malorie was the amazing Cerologist who crafted my eyebrows to pure perfection! I was a little taken back at first because I am not use to having a full brow however once I started receiving compliments from strangers on how nice my brows looked, I had a change of heart. I really hate to leave a bad review, in fact you guys have sent me a few of these and text me also wanting feedback and I've just ignored it rather than having to comment something bad or negative. That being said I do feel like an establishment deserves to know what their customers have experienced in order to make changes and be given the opportunity to make a bad experience right. My appointment was back in the middle of July, and I will start by saying the the girl who actually did my services was very sweet and friendly, another reason I hate that the whole experience wasn't better. I came in for a full face waxing and was told on the phone when I made the appointment, and my daughter verified when she called in to move the appointment back a little, that my eyebrows would be included in that service. When I finished and went to the front to pay I was charged separately for the services, when I explained to the girl that I was told something completely different, rather than making sure a new customer was happy and honoring what I had been told she just said "Oh well you were given the wrong information, they are 2 different services", I paid what I was told and left. The thing that makes all of this even worse was my eyebrows looked HORRIBLE.... They looked worse when I left than they had when I came in. I fact when I got back to my daughters my girls said "Mom we thought you were getting your eyebrows done too, what happened"? To which I responded disappointedly "I did". My face also broke out in a very bad rash with bumps that filled with puss and got worse for the next 5 days. I know things like this happen and people have bad reactions to products I was just really surprised because in all the years I have been getting my face waxed NOTHING like this has ever happened to me. But like I said that kind of stuff does happen and that's not even what I was most upset about. The eyebrows being done so poorly was my biggest disappointment, especially because I told her at least twice EXACTLY how I wanted them done and even after she was finished (at least according to what she thought was finished) I pointed out all that still needed to be done, and left just feeling frustrated and disappointed because them in top of that I got charged separately for the eyebrows.
