And I honestly could write a paragraph about her alone! Brooke was charismatic, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The wax was nearly painless once again. She put me at ease, thoroughly explained everything, and I could tell how much she loved her job. I was terrified before starting and she had me laughing and comfortable within 2 minutes. I decided to book my appointment for a Brazilian last minute and was able to find a convenient time for today! I was warmly greeted at the front desk and given some paperwork to fill out as it was my first time. I was kind of nervous as I wasn't sure what to expect, but upon arriving, I was immediately put at ease with how welcoming the environment was. At the end of my appointment, I didn't experience any pushy sales techniques at all which I grateful appreciated! The membership was mentioned to me which I might consider because of how great the deals are that come with it! Brooke C. did a great job and it honestly wasn't as painful as I originally thought. These girls are absolutely amazing. They make you feel so incredibly comfortable. Personally the Brazilian does not hurt at all.
