I have been a fan of Brow Lounge for quite a while now! I love that they recommend appointments but will take walk-ins for that unexpected service you didn't realize you needed. My favorite and only clinician I use is Sonya! She is super professional, always on point and will have you laughing (to distract you from the pain of course)! LOL. She is really good at understanding your skin and what you need. How are they handling Covid? They require masks at all times, you only enter at your scheduled appointment time and your enter and exit are at opposite ends of the establishment so you don't run the risk of being near anyone for potential exposure. I've been getting my eyebrows waxed for over a decade here. All the girls have tended to them and are all great. I typically see Melissa, she does a wonderful job. They have a punch card program to earn $5 off a service. They also sell various self care products. I wouldn't trust my brows anywhere else. read more

Just okay. $17 for an eyebrow wax is way too much to be rushed. Chanel did my eyebrows and literally was out in probably under 3 minutes. I'm kinda surprised this place has good reviews. I had my brows done by Shanel today and they dont look great, however I'm more upset with the service :( She didn't ask what I wanted, but I also didn't say anything which I guess is my fault (not that i really got the chance). My brows are a bit thinner than I would've wanted (worked rlly hard to have the shape i wanted ya know). I also have basically no hair on the ends of one of my brows. It felt really rushed, it maybe took 3 minutes and it really hurt, however they don't look toooo bad. I have really sensitive skin and the redness (6 hours later) has yet to disappear. I would rather not pay $16 to have my eyebrows rushed when I could pay $8 or less at a nail salon if I wanted a quick, average/thinned out brow wax. I usually go to a spa for the same exact price where my eyebrow technician takes her time, and doesn't rip my hair out of my face. Really sad and disappointed, I work really hard to keep my eyebrows nice! This will be the last time I try a new eyebrow spot lol read more

First and last time going to this location. Extremely dissatisfied with the customer service or lack thereof I received. I went in for a Brazilian wax by Morgan and I felt rushed from the moment I entered to the moment I left. She didn't even allow me time to chose my receipt option after paying. Once I asked about it she stated she would email it to me shortly, I ended up having to call twice 3 days later to get my receipt. I absolutely love this place. The decor is beautiful and chic. The staff is super friendly and you feel like a regular your first visit. I've been here a few times and would consider myself a regular now. Shantel is a sweet heart and makes sure your waxing is perfect. I've had the brow tint too. It doesn't last a long time (about 2 weeks) but it truly fills in your brows. Don't get me wrong you can still see some tint just not as noticeable. It doesn't look patchy though. I also had the Brazilian and Sonja is THE best. She's funny and thorough if ya know what I mean. She makes you feel super comfortable too. She will talk to you about caring for your sensitive skin and is incredibly patient. Oh they also offer a frequent service card. After 5 sessions of any service you get $5 off. I highly recommend the brow lounge and I'm extra picky when it comes to this type of thing lol. read more

My brow wax was somewhat better than a 'might burn my eye' nail salon waxing, but not as good as the spa I normally go to. The wax lasted less than 5 minutes and felt rushed. You definitely are paying for quality. I've only gotten my eyebrows waxed here twice and they are already growing in nice and full from any damage done in the past. I naturally grow hair very fast (I had a big bushy unibrow by 1, lol) and over the years I've over arched and gone to places that aren't paying attention to how my hair naturally grows and my natural arch. They just want to get a quick buck. Even when visiting the same place over and over, they would wax me differently each time! One eyebrow would look different from the other and I would always have to fill them in, which I shouldn't have to do at all considering how thick they grow in the first place. I finally had enough and started looking for a professional. This place is amazing! They are fast and I've never waited past my appointment time. I am literally in and out in five minutes. The Brow Lounge IS great and deserves all five stars. Two different aestheticians have done my brows every few weeks for the past year. Each time, they have been friendly, pleasantly chatty, and professional. The only drawback might be that they are extremely busy (but it's for a very good reason!), so it is recommended to call two days before you need to come in. This is a great place to go for brows BUT you have to be careful who you go with. I regret making the appointment with Chanel instead of Sanya (I think that's her name). Sanya did a great job and she was very kind. She took her time when she did my eyebrows. She was gentle and careful not to pinch me. My eyebrows lasted and looked beautiful! NOW Chanel on the other hand took about 3mins did not care to speak to me other than lay down and it will be $16 please. Plus her wax was way too hot and my skin is extremely irritated because of it. Greensboro is filled with Nail salons that also do waxing that are unfamiliar with the health guidelines or either they just don't care. Couldn't make my lash appointment because of an emergency situation at work and I absolutely HAD to go in, I even called hours ahead before my appointment time but she informed me over the phone that she would charge my card still - even after I asked to reschedule. Bunch of bs, esp for a mediocre salon to be honest. Charges should not be that high. Was looking forward to my visit, but would rather not waste my money on staff who aren't understanding of certain situations. Terrible customer service. Going to Charmed Lashes, reasonable price with any length/style of eyelash extensions and great customer service working around my schedule also available via text/email. Please learn to be more considerate of others and their circumstances. read more

The management reached out to explain that my previous negative experience was during a very busy period of renovations. And they regretted that anyone had that experience. I could see that happening--owning a business is very hard, and I applaud them for reaching out, holding themselves to a high standard, and making amends when it isn't. Well....... I'm back again! How? You might be asking yourself..... If you read my aforementioned post about my experience at the Brow Lounge, One word. MORGAN! Morgan. Let me tell you about Morgan. First, you'll LOVE her. She's private and respectful, while making you comfortable and relaxed. I have been going Morgan for Brazilian waxing since 2012 and when her last job closed up shop I thought enough of her, her professionalism and work to follow her ALL THE WAY ACROSS town for my monthly waxing. If you've never had a Brazilian wax before Morgan is the person to go to. She will explain and answer all your questions. She is gentle, but efficient and I have NEVER had any bumps or skin irritations. She is excellent about not making a mess, getting all the hair (even the pesky ones), she doesn't leave wax on you and... this is the best..... SHE PROVIDES A STERILE ENVIRONMENT! She does an efficient job and you WILL leave the place feeling like a hairless queen! I have gotten waxed all over Greensboro and High Point before I found Morgan and EVERY time is was unsatisfied for the money you spend. Charge a decent price, but provide an excellent service.
