She was kind, professional, personable, and did a great job! Id giver her personally 5 stars! However, the front desk ladies need improvement. They seemed overwhelmed, undertrained, and one lacked professionalism. Rather than accept her/their mistake with the mishandling of incoming customers, she tried to blame me for them losing track of what was going on. She provided her two cents on what I "should've done" and gave advice on what I "needed to do" next time. Interestingly enough, 2 other customers (apparently familiar with how things SHOULD go) came in & did exactly as I had done. So clearly, there's a lack of continuity. And the WAIT (SMH). I can tolerate the wait to be seen by a tech (there's usually a wait) but waiting to check out was ridiculous. I stood there as the other girl fumbled through booking an appointment over the phone & called for help from the other girl. I then waited while both of them tried to figure out what to do. I've been a customer at this location for years and usually have a great experience overall. I hope they solicit additional training so that the quality of customer service at the front desk can be improved.

I was surprised at how easily we were seen on a Saturday morning but I believe it was spring break so maybe that's why! Brenda did my manicure and pedicure this time and she was phenomenal. The owner Kaleia has the sweetest personality and has all the latest tricks to the trade that's not invasive. My lashes are flawless every time. I like the shorter looking full set that keeps me looking youthful. People stop me all the time wondering if the lashes are mine or extensions and the reason why is because when you get a shorter set, often times my lashes are the same length and it's really hard to tell. Works great when they grow out too because they have room to grow longer and still won't be too long, keeping the set still looking youthful. I'll never go anywhere else to get my spa services! And let me tell you they also are very knowledgeable about plastic surgery post opp. If I ever decide to get plastic surgery, I will defiantly use them to keep make sure the aftermath goes flawless.
