I wanted to like this place because the girls are typically nice, not always, sometimes they act like you're the most annoying person in the world because you made them stand up from their sitting room next to the front desk. I feel like it's almost pyramid scheme to tan these days, here's the package with all the bells and whistles and my dumb self paid it. Lesson learned but this place cannot accommodate high volume. The radio also doesn't work in there. Manager called me and barely let me speak I finally interrupted him and said "can I speak please". he told me I was wrong about the level 4 bed and that the fans work and were tested this morning (one employee told me the fans in the bed have been broken). Manager also told me it was user error for the level 3 bed. I said I wasn't shown how to use the bed. He said his employee stated she offered to show me and I wanted nothing to do with that. NOT TRUE! It was never offered. Basically the manager wasn't going to be wrong no matter what I said he repeated several times that the beds were tested this morning and they were all functioning and it was human error (my fault). he finally apologized but he really didn't give a shit what I had to say. She did not have matching polish for toes and hands so I ended up with colors that didn't come close to matching. The gel manicure was done with small UV lights that looked like a mouse for a computer, she only had one that worked. I had to shift my hand so that my thumbs could be covered.
