Her suite is located in a plaza in Montrose and although there's parking, it can be limited based on the time you go. Upon arrival, she has an entryway where you can sit and wait for her. Her suite is very clean and the wax that she uses is top-tier. She also has a very gentle touch because she's been doing this for quite some time and it was painless. I plan on making her my go to waxer for all things, including Brazilians.

Also, she has many years of experience and is very good at what she does. I don't know about you, bur I prefer the tv on in the room as opposed to a silent "relaxing" atmosphere where I can psych myself out with all my "ouch this is gonna hurt" thoughts. I expected a Brazilian to be the most painful thing ever but surprisingly it wasn't. She also gets the most painful areas done first so it gradually gets better...and goes super quickly. My advice? Prepare for the worst, but don't be surprised by the best. Also, don't forget to breathe (seriously! If you tense up you will bruise and trust me it's so not cute.)

Everything at this salon has an add charge that was not explained or noted prior to the service. So it is what it is.. is the attitude. The techs were mostly fine-- though both girls needed their finger fixed multiple times. The designs were not done correctly, it was a whole thing. There wasn't much that could physically be done to make it right because it was closing and the techs left. But the guys at the front desk were less than helpful and basically tried to convince me the cost of the supplies is what warranted the +$15 +$20 +$10. A $5 discount for an outing that was suppose to be memorable for two little girls was ruined when they couldn't execute the SIMPLE vision and then the solution was "it is what it is". If you come here on the regular, I applaud you for navigating the system. As a new comer we are definitely a once and never again.
