Echoing the other reviews, Eddie's is a scam and a rip off. I wish I knew a good towing company before crap hit the fan, but I took the sheriffs rotation (something you should never do), and Eddie's was on rotation. They towed my junk car that they would not let go if I didn't pay ~$250, which would double after 6 hours. The other junk yards would give me 400-600$ for a title transfer. Would not recommend Eddie's to anyone. read more

Eddie's Towing is a big Scam. My car broke down today II blew the water pump. I pulled into a lot that has Del Prado Pawn 8 Jewelry at 1910 Dell Prado blvd Cape Coral owned by Frank Pugleese. I called my husband and he picked me up we live a mlle away. We went and got water to get the SUV home it was there 30 minutes and Eddie towing was there with my car on a tow bed demanding money on cash App its a big scam, they seen him in the company truck putting water in the car and he went home 1 mile way to get a uber was gone 10 minutes and got there on the tow truck. Eddie's Towing demanding money on cash app or cash Refused to give me a receipt and the Pawn shop knew the car was broken down. My husband got a quote to sell his car and they assigned pickup to Eddie's. He has waited in the driveway for 2 full days now. The driver has been "30 minutes away" for the last 5 hours and I've had to miss work as a resul. DO NOT USE THIS TOWING COMPANY THEY ARE SCAMMERS. read more

CAPE CORAL BUYERS BEWARE. Eddie's Towing, who I've used before, charged be the equivalent of $300 per hour, for a 100 yards tow, in 19 minutes. My wife's car quit at Lowe's on the corner of Del Prado, and Pine Island Road. the tow was 100 yards to the Firestone in the same parking lot. the charge $100.00! Rip off from the minute that the driver arrived. They charged extra to also tow a tranny on a pallet but then wouldn't load the tranny. My grandson and I put the tranny in the back of the car and told the driver I wasn't paying extra for the tranny since he did nothing extra. He jumped in his truck and left my daughter's car in the middle of the street. Very unprofessional. The driver had his girlfriend riding with him and she did nothing but nag him while he was there. I wonder what Eddie's insurance company would think of that? Called another company and they came right out and everything is fine. read more

Our corvette had a flat tire on Christmas Day. Eddie's came out right away and was extremely nice. He towed our car to tire place for repair and even called to inform us when the car was left there. Would definitely use him again read more

I came in contact with this Man driving a truck for this company in my children's daycare's parking lot. I'm not exactly sure what I did but he said some thing about my driving. He started screaming at me in the parking lot in front of my 2 year old and 4 year old that I was a fat bitch and a fat cow repeatedly. Not only in front of my two small sons but in front of other parents and their children also. I have not used this business I am only writing this review because people will act a certain way while trying to get your business but this displays his actual character without putting on a show to try to earn business. They kept my car plates and registration and the woman wasn't even on property to see that I was not given my registration. She kept insisting I got it and she's keeping the paper. Very nasty to have to tolerate rude folks who hang up the phone rather than resolve the problem. read more

long story short my mother had my Jeep towed from out of a lake last Friday well Saturday my mother called and was told it took 2 hours to get out of the lake and on Monday they told her it took 4 hours which it didn't. that's just the start, Saturday the total cost was $400 by Monday it was $700. I live 5 hours away and after giving my mother a hard time they could have professionally handled the situation but instead Samantha the daughter of the owner is who we delt with. I came in today to get my Jeep out and pay the $700 and now it's up to $900, her exact words were," it was raised because your mother's a cunt". So of course my parents did shout back by saying you have no right calling her that then my husband told my parents to " shut up" because we had to leave to grab more money out of the bank, Samantha thought he was talking to her so she turned around and charged at him as if she was ready to fight him. I'm not saying my parents were in the right at all but to be in a business that deals with customers you need to learn how to handle your anger and work as a professional. This whole situation was handled very unprofessional and it almost got violent over the employee assuming everyone talks about her. I had a terrible experience turn around when Eddie's driver, Sean came to my rescue at 1 am in the morning. I had been traveling for 13 hours and was exhausted: drive to airport, changing planes, layovers, waiting for shuttle, finally drive home. But I stopped to pick up my mail at Cape Coral PO South. The car was dead! Sean showed up! I will ever be thankful for him helping me. He got my car started in a jiffy and I was home safe in no time. Thank you Sean and Eddie's Towing! Great service. I had a flat tire on a Saturday night at 11PM. Driver arrived on time within 60 min of request. Professional, polite and fast. I would definitely recommend and use again, hopefully I won't need to! read more

Have used Eddies Towing twice now and both times they were fantastic! Customer service is phenomenal and they always arrive on time. Their rates are inexpensive considering we had it towed 45 minutes away. They were even very pleasant to the automotive shop we had it towed too. If you need a tow I definitely recommend calling them. read more
