Since they had to order a new keyboard, they returned my machine and gave my a plug-in board to use in the meantime. When the board came in, I returned the machine for repair, which was done the next day. I thought the price was reasonable for the repair and cleaning. My laptop now seems brand new. Their office is a little hole-in-the-wall on Vernon St., just off of Rte. 9. Easy to miss.
