CJ's came to my rescue. They heard our situation and made it happen! Our driver, RAMON, was absolutely phenomenal! He arrived early and met my husband and I. He was so caring and compassionate as he secured Mom in the wheelchair van. He had such a wonderful personality and made the drive very safely. He also waited in the area as we did not know how long the oral surgeon would need to complete the procedure. I felt the fare was reasonable considering the roundtrip and the total time. I know that this is probably not a frequently searched topic, but when you need it, you need it…read more When we were moving my very ill 94 year old MIL from Colorado Springs to Greensboro, we needed a wheelchair transport service from the airport to the care facility. While this seems like it should be an easy service to find, it's not. It also turned out to be a lot more complicated than we had originally anticipated. We had to change her arrival time at least four times over two days as she had to miss her flight from Dallas, requiring an overnight there, and her flight was very late getting into Greensboro, leaving her to arrive here in the middle of the night. Kevin was wonderful at keeping in close touch by phone at, and made sure that he had a driver on call at all hours. Her ride was smooth and easy, they took great care not to jostle her any more than necessary. While they were considerably more expensive than the same service on the other end of the journey, their care and flexibility made up for it.

We trusted this company to safely transport our daughter and other children to and from Bethany Community School. Instead, our daughter and multiple other girls were made to feel uncomfortable and unsafe. On Friday, the driver refused to leave the school parking lot because he wanted my daughter to sit in the front passenger seat beside him. She repeatedly said no because she was uncomfortable, yet he continued pressuring her for nearly 30 minutes before finally leaving after students began calling parents. During this incident, he also grabbed her hand and attempted to rub it. Unfortunately, this was not an isolated concern. Multiple students have reported inappropriate behavior and comments, including: - Calling himself the girls' "bus daddy" - Threatening to whip students with a belt - Making comments about girls' clothing and makeup - Threatening to choke a student by grabbing her tie - Showing girls inappropriate images on his phone - Saying he would "take turns" making girls sit in the passenger seat Students became so uncomfortable that some chose to get off the bus early in Reidsville rather than continue the ride. Police were called, reports were filed, and statements were given by multiple students. What was most disappointing was the response from the company owner, who immediately defended the driver instead of listening to the children and concerned parents. Our family will never use this service again. Children deserve to feel safe with the adults responsible for transporting them. If your child rides with this company, I strongly encourage you to speak with them about their experience.
