Danielle is a wonderful provider that has the love for helping children feel like themselves again. She always makes sure my children know whats going on and helps me understand their treatments. Taylor is her nurse that always makes the kids feel comfortable and laughing. Lynette at the front desk always makes us feel welcome, comfortable and important. I have read other reviews and I disagree with a few and quite angry with a couple. We have always been treated like we are the only family that matters, our calls are answered and when I forget an appointment, I can always get another one. If there have been problems, it is taken care of right away. My issue was when I brought my child in on the wrong day. It was my fault, not theirs. I was still greeted and felt respected like any other time. Doctors offices, dentists, big box stores, day cares, schools...whatever business it is, everyone makes mistakes. I know for our family (and a few other families I know), we have always been treated with nothing but respect and love for our children, us as parents, and any issues that could arise. I love this clinic. I love the 3 ladies that run it as smoothly as they do. I don't know how they do it with a smile on their faces. I am truly grateful for what they have done for my kids.

At each appointment, I made it clear that I wanted to pay my balance in full before leaving to avoid any unexpected charges in the future. Unfortunately, I recently received an email informing me that I now have an outstanding balance due to a failure in their computer system. These charges date back as far as 2024 and were never brought to my attention at the time of service. I am extremely disappointed with how this situation has been handled. The lack of communication and accountability reflects poorly on the office's professionalism. Additionally, the staff member I have been working with has shown little concern for resolving the issue or addressing my concerns. As a result, I will no longer be returning to this facility. One of my friends experienced a very similar issue with this same Farmington location, which suggests this may not be an isolated incident. Because of these experiences, they have lost two families as patients. I believe this office needs to improve its billing practices, communication, and customer service. Patients should not be held responsible for years-old billing errors that resulted from the office's own system failures.

The other staff members are always very kind and understanding. We appreciate Dr. B's relaxed style. He is thoughtful and really listens. He answers any questions we have. He never seems in a rush. His diagnoses have been right on and very helpful. The wait time is average. We usually wait in the waiting room for about 10-15 minutes and then in the room for about 10-15. Only once did we wait over 20 minutes. We also really like the phlebotomist at this location. She is kind, gentle, caring, and comforting. My son had to have MANY vials of blood taken and she treated him SOOOO compassionately. She made what could have been a scary situation into a calm and doable situation. My son left with no trauma and has not been afraid to return for other blood draws.

I was approached by the man himself and he shook my hand and took us back to his office to talk things over. I know right, the Doctor coming to get his own patients. Dr. Hibbard is very gentle, and highly intelligent. Perfect qualities for a general practitioner. Wendy Midgely is the PA, and it's the first time I've ever felt like a PA is MD caliber. I never feel "punished" if I can't book an appointment with Dr. Hibbard, & have to see Wendy instead. Wendy is so funny! I always get a laugh out of visiting with her. But that woman knows her stuff too. I have confidence that either lady in the office will diagnose me correctly. My husband also practices in the medical field. He is the one that referred me to Farmington Family Medicine. Dr. Hibbard is the MD that treats my husband too. Dr. Hibbard isn't a doctor exclusively for the fairer gender! The only downside to the practice is the office personnel. The employee at the front desk, that makes the appointments & checks patients in, always seems to change. But the employee that does the billing, and also interacts with patients is an ornery person! She isn't friendly, and I dislike interacting with her. Fortunately, once I make it past the front desk, I have access to great medical practitioners.

Navigating worker's compensation and care felt like a constant uphill battle until I moved to Clinton and found Tanner Clinic. ​Every single office I have visited at Tanner Clinic has been outstanding. The staff and team are extremely attentive and genuinely take the time to listen. With them, you don't just hope to be heard--you are heard and seen. ​I initially went to see Dr. Martin Bertram for an issue completely unrelated to my worker's comp claim. However, he truly listened to what I was going through, saw the full picture, and confidently told me he could help fix it. For the first time in a long time, I feel like I have a true advocate in my corner fighting for me. The relief is indescribable, and a massive weight has been lifted off my shoulders. ​I am beyond grateful for Dr. Bertram and the entire team.
