Unfortunately, for whatever reason, I had a lot of trouble adjusting to the orthotics for my left foot. I received the initial pair in August 2014, and had to come back to Dr. Peters roughly five or six times over the subsequent nine months. I certainly wished the troubles I had were not so time-consuming, but what was appreciated was that despite this, Dr. Peters spent the extra time and worked on adjustments to ensure I was comfortable. Further, he agreed not to charge me any co-pays, and as the calendar year changed (and my insurance deductible kicked in), Dr. Peters agreed not to charge me at all for the final few appointments. He was committed to making sure the orthotics worked for me, even without earning additional fees for the added services. I am appreciative of the high level of care Dr. Peters continues to provide even though, at this point, the economics for him and his office are unfavorable. The extra care goes a long way, and I am happy to share this experience with the community since I know we often complain about patient care elsewhere.

I was seen by a nurse practioner who gave me some tips none of them were helpful. They recommended me endoscopic proceedure for which They charged me 1000 dollars upfront , I paid that money in cash in good faith. They billed my insurance and Later they send me bill of 265 dollars as my deductible. I called several times to clarify the issue that office has already charged me 1000 dollars and each time they said that I still have to pay the amount. Frustrated with their staff I called up my insurance and asked for clarification,they told me that the doctor office is in contract with the insurance and they are not suppose to charge you the amount. The kind insurance lady made a three way call and clinic staff admitted that they are at fault and THEY OWE ME THE MONEY. So this is the case of over billing and fraud billing which is not resolved till date . I never recieved my money back which should roughly between500 to 700 dollars. If I call them they just put me on hold for several hours. Carolina who is handling this issue Shd be hold accountable cos this issue is still ongoing. I DONT TRUST THIS DOCTOR AND THEIR STAFF

I made my appointment for my shoulder. Most times the wait for an appointment can be excessive, not here. I was seen very quickly. My meeting with Dr. Gott was not as intimidating as I originally thought it would be. He was/is very professional and has a no nonsense approach. I like to joke around as a defense mechanism and well he was more than willing to play along. Fast forward to my current visit. I went to him for a hip issue. Of course with all the commercials and all the noise about hip replacement I expected the worst. I met with his tech first she took notes and shortly thereafter Dr. Gott came and briefly reviewed the notes and proceeded to go through the motions. Verified motion tenderness and then off to be irradiated okay sent for xrays. A few moments of silence and I was informed of the prognosis.....no need to go through hip replacement ....yay. He gave me the diagnosis in English not medical jargon. He gave me my instructions but made no guarantee that this was a cure all and left the door open for the possibility of additional treatment. Not what I wanted to hear but appreciated the honesty. Overall from the moment I walked in to the office to the time I left I felt like I was being treated with respect and care. The whole staff were friendly and above all professional.
