Facility is very clean and well maintained, very positive experience. Staff are generally very friendly and willing to help. The Doctor was very knowledgeable and seemed to understand my concerns and treated them appropriately. I was here for an ENT visit and the visit resulted in a small procedure done in office, absolutely a positive experience. Lastly if you drive a large vehicle, say a Silverado or Tahoe size, it will not fit in their parking garage (trust me I tried unsuccessfully haha). read more

I first saw Dr. Mlot two months ago, when I was quite sick. Two other doctors had previously completely misdiagnosed my case by the time I was lucky enough to end up in Dr. Mlot's care. He understood my condition, ordered a CT scan and performed surgery on me in the hospital within a few days. After the surgery, he took the time to check in with me to see how I was doing. After that, and several courses of antibiotics, I am happy to say that I have now recovered completely. read more

I think it's about time I wrote a review of this scam of a doctors office. I was sent here by my audiologist who examined my ears and told me there was a red spot I should have checked it: there may be bleeding. So I came here. The doctor took a one look in my ear and told me it was fine. "You've got a bit of ear wax in that ear.. Would like me to clear it out?" he asked innocently enough. I said sure, and he got out a cotton swab, added a bit of alcohol (or some other solution) and did a 3 second swipe of my one ear. I barely felt it. The other ear he said was clear. The next thing you know I get a bill for $180. $50 for the exam and the rest for the procedure he performed on both ears: one ear was "50% impacted" and the other "100% impacted". I obtained the full medical exam report after I got the bill. Complete and utter nonsense. I have poor hearing and wear hearing aids. If my ears were this clogged I'd hear nothing. This is what happened. I have the documents to prove it. I would stay clear of this place, and of any of their offices in the tri-state area. read more

Aside from making me come in for several unnecessary visits, double billing me twice, sending my insurance claim to the Levinbook Law Firm who continued to harass me and force me to pay an unnecessary bill twice, they were not nice and never apologized. I will give them 1 star because less is not an option. I called Saturday 10-15-16 to make an appt at the White Plains office at 9am. The woman I spoke with was very unprofessional and rude. I was shocked by the treatment I received from her. She did not accommodate as advertised. I was referred to ENT by my fiancé that visited the Manhattan office and was very impressed by the service. I then called the Bronx office and I spoke to CC and she was very professional and accommodating. I made an appointment because I felt very comfortable with the friendly service I received. I had to call back to change my appointment and I spoke to Tiffany and the service was consistent. I am glad I called this office and made an appointment with them. The staff in white plains is rude, they don't return calls, their billing is incorrect and I get billed for coats that I've paid for and their call center is horrific. You wait on hold forever. There is no quality here at this practice. Go to another ENT practice and not this one. read more

DO NOT TREAT WITH THIS OFFICE! I was charged upwards of $600 for my initial visit that went undiagnosed and untreated. Played phone tag with the doctor after he requested further records. The billing department are complete liars and crooks. I was making monthly payments and they sent me to collections without any notice or phone calls. Do yourself a favor and look for another office. I haven't been to the White Plains location in sometime as I usually see the doctors in New Rochelle. Dr. Gold is the nicest physician I've encountered in a very long time. Funny, great smile and personality. Thankfully the office is relocating soon, better location and parking. Hopefully the front staff has training on customer service when they relocate. If it were possible to give a lower rating for the office staff, I would give that. I have been waiting over four months for a refund to be processed. The billing department does not return calls, and have given me the run around. In trying to resolve this problem I have called several times a week, was told my check was mailed, maybe to the wrong address, no they can't trace it ...they refused to stop the check and reissue it (which seemed reasonable enough to me). They actually suggested that I contact the post office - they can find the letter if I give them my name (what stupidity is that???). Despite leaving multiple messages and numerous conversations on every level of this department I STILL do not have the money owed to me. I intend to pursue this with the Better Business Bureau. This is a shame, as the audiologist that helped my parents for years, Sue Weinstein, is the consummate professional and a pleasure to work with. read more

I have been a patient of Dr. Kase for at least 25 years. He truly is the best. He is thorough, intelligent, and caring. He has even offered to come in to the office early to see me (to accommodate my work schedule). I would highly recommend him. I would also like to recommend the allergist, Dr. Jerome. Worst doctors office I have ever been to....only gave it a star bc I had to in order to write this review. I had an appointment with dr. Dan Moskowitz that was a referral from my primary doctor who is amazing so I had no concerns. Receptionist that made appointment was all over the place but we settled on 11:20am. I called the next day to ask if the MRI I was getting the same day at 9:30 am was necessary before I saw the doctor. Told receptionist to call me back with doctors opinion that day as MRI was the following morning...she replied with no problem. Never heard back from office but figured I should go ahead with MRI bc I miserable! Walked in 5 minutes early to appointment only to hear they had rescheduled me for an hour earlier so I had missed my appointment. I never got a phone call or email from the office so politely told them that was impossible...young man at desk informed me that is what the computer says! I then told him I had even called the office the day before and no one returned that call....he said he would speak to the doctors assistant Angie. Came back and said doctor was booked with patients (not sure what I was considered) and bc I missed my appointment I could come back at 2 pm. Once again explained I did not miss appointment and was early...no one called me and he referred back to his computer. I think it is a shame that a doctors office can get away with 1. Rescheduling an appointment without using every method to get a hold of patient. 2. Hiding behind a young receptionist who uses a computer as an excuse. In my line of work if I make a mistake with a client I do everything possible to make them happy! I did NOT return at 2pm and as I told the receptionist there are plenty of ENT's in Westchester that will be more then happy to keep an appointment with a patient. Horrible experience!!! read more

All I can say us that Dr. Daniel Gold in White Plains, NY is probably the least compassionate doctor that I've ever had the misfortune of attempting to meet. I set up a 4:30 PM appointment last minute because of acute ear pain but I arrived 25 minutes late due to traffic conditions coming from Manhattan. I had a family member call to inform him that I was running late and they said that the doctor would see me if I arrived within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time. I arrived as soon as possible only to be told that I'd have to make an appointment the following day but the doctor didn't even come out to tell me himself. My advice is don't go here in an emergency and don't go here unless you like getting attitude from the staff that greets you upon entering the office. ENT Allergy will not get my business or that of my family until they screen out moronic doctors that forgot the basic tenets of their Hippocratic oath and duty of care. I'd short the stock if I could. P.S. I went to WestMed's urgent care facility in White Plains and was whisked through in 10 minutes with prescription in hand! read more

New patient, booked online, filled out and signed paperwork online as well so I wouldn't have to deal with it upon arrival. I went in for an appointment at 11:15am for a 11:30am w Dr Smith and front desk was friendly and inviting. I give 1 star because apparently 1 hour and 45 mins later I'm still in the waiting area wondering why I've yet to be called in. I speak to the front desk coordinators and they continued to phone the back where no one was answering them. I wait a little while longer and when I finally get called up, they tell me that the doctor is doing a procedure and would be another 40 mins. No fault to the front desk however, if the doctors assistant knew he decided to do a procedure, I would assume they should let someone at the front know as a courtesy this way they can communicate to other patients that their appointments would be pushed back. Seriously very frustrating and unorganized. I took off four hours from work for nothing, just to NOT be seen. read more

My mother was referred to ENT Associates Audiology for a hearing test because she had trouble hearing. She had the test which showed severe hearing loss and was scheduled to come back to go over purchasing a hearing aid. I took the day off from work to take her because she was anxious to get them but wanted some guidance. Well, it was a complete waste of time. First, they had her down for the wrong doctor and when they sent us to the Audiology Department we were taken in promptly by someone I assumed was the Audiologist. I had to look at the pamphlet to figure out who she was since she never properly identified herself. After she went over the results it was time to view the different hearing aids. She conveniently had a pair of hearing aids on her desk which she had my mother try on. After ten minutes of tweaking the different levels of sound my mother loved them. I asked what this particular hearing aid cost and the audiologist said it was the top of the line and cost $6000.00. I asked about trying on other hearing aids and to my disgust that was the only one that had for her to try on. I told her I was disgusted how they prey on the elderly and how they should have a few different hearing aids that are affordable to people. She had the audacity to say something about what my mother " could afford" which really upset me. It is not about what my mother could afford but getting something decent for a decent price. Even if she asked what our price range was she didn't have any hearing aids for her to try on. I felt like we were in a used car dealership not a doctor's office. I was truly disgusted by the whole experience. When she realized were weren't making the big purchase she was rude and short. We decided to got to Costco Audiology and had a wonderful experience. The audiologist was professional and had a wonderful bedside manner. My mother purchased hearing aids and they are perfect for more than half the price of ENT Associates. They also have a better warranty. 100% refund if she doesn't like them. So my advice is to go to Costco for hearing aids. Please do not get ripped off by the scam artist at ENT Associates. read more

I've been going to these people for over ten years and never had one complaint. I wouldn't think of changing. Dr. Ryback is fantastic and my audiologist, Eileen Shapiro, is super great. THEY NEED TO ADD HER TO THE PATIENT PORTAL so I can interact with her about hearing aid questions! Two recent experiences could've been better, however (but not bad enough to lower one star). This first one was not under their control, I understand that, but maybe they can prevent it from ever happening again? Not too long ago BOTH elevators were inoperable. People were walking up stairs to get to their office. It's a good thing for me the problem occurred AFTER I reached their office or I would have had to cancel; I can't go upstairs. Why were BOTH elevators inoperable? Poor maintenance? The second item I shrugged off at the time but, since I keep reading about the extensive training staff has apparently had in customer service, I'd like to mention that the girl at the front desk must've missed that class. At least tell her that when a patient presents in front of you and you know it, you stop socializing with a colleague and attend to your patient. read more

I was recently referred to Dr. Kase since I was having such difficulty with my ears. He is the most wonderful doctor. Not only did he address my ears, but cleared up my sinus infection which eliminated my headaches. The staff is courteous and very helpful. You will not receive a return call and when you call again, they will not fit you in as they advertise. When I called to make the appointment I told reception what I wanted done and they chose a doctor. Once I saw the doctor, he said that he didn't perform what I was there for and referred me to another doctor, but not until he performed a costly test. By my third visit I spoke to a doctor who was able to answer my question, however I was charged for all of the repeat procedures. I think it's a scam to collect more money for each unnecessary visit. I had very bad experience with Dr. Kase and I will not recommend anyone. I went to Dr. Kase to remove only right ear wax. After after doing that, Dr. quickly approaches to other ear and cleans that ear too and then unnecessary remove a small hair from the ear and shows to me. Then he says, while you are here, let me test your throat as well and does something to it. I thought he is doing all the regular check up, but not really. Then, here you go. I receive a bill of $450.00 for all the test and diagnostic he did with you telling me in advance. Moreover, they have unpleasant customer service who does want to listen to me at all. I think, this is not medical profession but a rip-off. There is better way to make money, but not this way. This doctor should be removed from my health insurance network read more
