Point being, Wow!!!, these guys are very impressive. I ran into these guys by pure luck, while taking a break at work. They knew of my military background and were just genuinely interested and appreciative of my military service, and one conversation led to the next. I told them of my financial struggles, and how tired I was of looking for help and just got the run-a-round and/or that feeling that there were a lot of strings attached with every company (even those that supposedly focus on "helping" Veterans). They told me that they "might" be able to help. So never promised me anything, took a look at my debts, told me of every single part of their program so I could see if it would be a good fit for me. There was no pitching or selling, they told me all of the pro's and con's of the program. Well longer story short, I went from paying over 3K a month for debts that were going to take me at minimum a little over 12 years to pay off, to now paying via their program a little less than $700 a month in a 46 month no interest locked-in rate program. I'm not a math genius, but paying all of my debt while paying literally thousands less in A LOT less time (like literally cutting off about a decade of payments) is well worth not being able to open up any new line of credit accounts throughout the program. Yep, that's the negative part. Not being able to get more credit cards or lines of credit, literally the same thing(s) that got me into all of this debt to begin with. Wait, now that I think about it, even that isn't even a "con" when considering the pro's and con's. I don't do many reviews, but definitely had to give these guys a "shout-out". I decided to visit his website while bored and I was floored to find out that the service was completely free. I still had the same credit monitoring active from the last company I used. At that point there was no risk. It was refreshing to be able to see the letters they actually send to the bureaus. All I had to do was use a third party site to mail them out. I could've also printed them. The process was a breeze and it was quick. There's no option to speak to a live rep, but this I assume helps keep the service free. The results worked for me. In all it took about 2-3 months to remove the negative items, which was perfectly fine with me. Hopefully I'll never have to use them again but I'll be spreading the word to anyone I know who might need it.

The collections account was removed from experience within the first couple of weeks. It was then removed from the other two bureaus a month or so after. My score rebounded like it never happened.
