I was extremely happy with how thorough the exam was, as it gave me more confidence in the idea that they are serious about your eye health, and not just trying to make a buck. Dr. Wilde even took the time to answer all of my questions about each of the tests, different vision issues and their causes. This will be my first time wearing glasses, but my out of pocket cost was less than I was expecting it to be, although that may be a function of my insurance as well. Overall, I would highly recommend this team for your eye health needs.

I spoke with Kelly when I made the appt and was specifically asking for a Vera Bradley frame. She told me they had it. I made my appt for the next time that available. I came in, signed in and asked if they had received my email with the frames and numbers of the frames I wanted- Cheryl stated they didn't have any emails- Cheryl piped up and said they sold the frames they had. My physical body language showed my disappointment - she's told me they weren't holding any frames. I told her those were the ones I was specifically asking for. She stated to me I told you were could special order frames and I pay the shipping. I asked her how I am I try on frames you dont have? When you told me you do? I said if those weren't floor models why wasn't I told that? That you can't hold them and that you can sell them, I should have been told. She wanted to argue with me across the room in the office. I walked over to my BF and he said just leave. That was the hole reason I made the appt and canceled my appt with another store, just further away. I stayed to keep my exam appt with the doctor but wasn't not Going to satisfy that bad behavior let alone- she knew that's what I wanted because I made it clear I was looking for those Vera Bradley sun glass's, she told me they had had them for a while and they had been there for a long while, since 2017 I think she told me. I was very discussed with that, when I left neither Kelly nor Cheryl acknowledged me Leaving, never received an apology with even a possible "mis communication ". My family had been going to advance eye for a long while, since 2008 I believe- because of Kelly's I don't give a shit attitude towards me - you just lost a family of our business with you.
