Relative to product, Henry Ford Optimeyes has a very large and appealing selection of frames and lenses to choose from where I had a hard time picking the glasses I wanted (good problem to have). Lastly, upon receipt of my new glasses the staff had me try them on to confirm fit and most importantly to read some printed matter of different font sizes to ensure the glasses provided the clear vision I wanted which they did. I think plenty for the number of appointments that could occur at the same time. This store is quite large inside. Tons of frame options from Shinola to Maui Jim's. They even have WiFi. This family member hasn't been able to see properly for years. She recommended cataract surgery. The eye doctor we had been seeing for years never mentioned that my family member needed cataract surgery. We went to the cataract surgeon for the surgery, and my loved one now has nearly 20/20 vision for the first time in decades. The staff at Eyeglass World was very accommodating and friendly. Also, when I had to return a few times for adjustments to my loved one's reading glasses after the surgery, the staff made the adjustments quickly. One of the adjustments was made at no charge.
