This person also apologized and stated she would expedite the matter (I think her name was Nicole) Fast-forward to today. It has been 4 additional days since the last time I reached out to them. I was assured MULTIPLE times that I would receive a call back/contact back. It seems to me that if this firm is this irresponsible with how they do business, they will likely be irresponsible with a potential case. Blatantly disrespectful towards prospective clients.
