While he was getting my car ready to tow, a neighbor needed to get her car out, he started to direct her, she was having a hard time and Frank could tell. He asked may I move this for you. He did it perfectly. He is one amazing driver. Frank even let me ride with with him to Car Dr, this ride saved me a 40$ taxi ride. This is the second time this company has towed my vehicle, and…read morethey still cannot clearly explain why it was towed or provide any meaningful information about the authority or process behind it. When I asked reasonable questions about the relationship between the HOA and their towing practices, I was met with hostility instead of answers. The customer service was appalling. Tom repeatedly interrupted me, became defensive, and ultimately hung up on me while I was explaining that I had just come from my grandmother's funeral. Professionalism was nonexistent. Even worse, while I was in the office, I personally heard an employee say, "I'm not helping anyone who can't speak English," before hanging up on another caller. That level of disrespect toward customers is unacceptable from any business. This company seems to believe that because they have the authority to tow vehicles, they don't have to treat people with basic respect or explain their actions. If your business is towing people's vehicles, answering questions and treating customers professionally is part of the job. I will also be requesting the HOA's parking policy and looking into whether these towing practices are being enforced consistently. Based on my experience, I would avoid doing business with this company whenever possible.

I called Perry and within 20 minutes he was at our place. We got a replacement lock over to him and in less than 2 hours from when I got the complaint from the guests we had a new lock and 4 new keys! Perry was patient and explained everything throughout. Many on google said they were closed, many were reportedly open but didn't answer, and the ones who did answer refused to drive from Myrtle Beach to Conway. Then I called Perry. He asked for my address and arrived at my house within 25 minutes... no muss/ no fuss! He tried to unlock my lock for about an hour. I was super afraid he would give up and leave but he didn't. He kept trying until he got me inside. Turns out the only reason the lock took so long is due to failsafes in the lock's design to keep it from being picked. I asked him to drill off the lock and even when it broke a drill bit, he kept going. That's why I say he's persistent. This guy is the best!

The word "VISITOR" is literally painted on the pavement, and there are signs saying the entire row is for visitors. My leasing office was confused too because my apartment complex does NOT even use visitor parking passes, despite Quality Towing trying to claim that was the issue. What makes this even crazier is the photo they sent to my leasing office as "proof" literally shows the tow truck parked directly over the painted visitor markings on the ground. We honestly could not believe it. On top of that, they were extremely rude and unprofessional while handling the situation.. Thankfully, the leasing office stepped in and confirmed the tow should not have happened, so we did not have to pay the almost $300 fee to get the Jeep back.

I stood in their lobby for 15 minutes and listen to a man verbally abuse an employee cursing like a sailor. My car was handled fine, none of my things had been tampered with or anything and the lot seemed secure, but I'd rather push my busted car home than have to deal with this office again. What I find so funny is that they reply to these reviews with information about the person that left the review and the business that was done with them. Maybe when they see this review they can find all those notes about the business they have done with me they couldnt seem to find when I called a half dozen times. Maybe they are taped to my license they couldn't find. They did not do what they said they were going to do.
