They went over the various coverage options and deductibles available. In addition, I have reviewed both my and my wife's vehicle insurance within the past month, again quick service. In addition they offer optional insurance coverage with Family Insurance that both saved me some money and offered better deductibles

Staff repeatedly provided incorrect information and failed to answer questions. I can't imagine what it would be like dealing with them if it was anything complicated. Agree with other 1 star reviewers -- they're nice when you're buying but not great on the other end. Wendy McCracken below says I have already spoken to other staff. Yes I have, but no-one answered these questions: 1. Why was I repeatedly asked to fill out a proof of loss form, then suddenly didn't have to? 2. I understand other factors go into premium changes. I asked to know how my premiums would be affected by one factor only -- me accepting the amount I'm entitled to for the insurance deductible. That amount is ALREADY SET and won't change when the claim is finalized. So why can't it be calculated before a claim is made? 3. Why did Rahat say the insulation we ADDED (via special levy) we was just "repairs"? If your staff can't correctly interpret basic documents, I'm not confident you could manage a more complicated claim. I'm happy to change my review if these items are addressed. Thanks!
