It's not that there not working, my complaint is that they may not have sufficient help to both take care of sales and to keep up with all of the other needed work. Probably due to the job demands, the staff members were not very pleasant either. I mean, I know it's a convenience store and not the Ritz Carlton, but it would be great if the customer wasn't made to feel like they're interrupting or annoying the workers.

That is not the case once it became HMP market! The 1st time, I got gas. Their premium option was not working, when I went in & told them, they instructed me how to pump gas as if I just didn't know how to. I went back in again & the owner came out to try, again thinking I was just stupid. I was right, it was broken, but they made it seem like I was just stupid. 2nd time, I came in for a fountain drink- got ice, started the machine and it looked like mostly water - I tried a sip & it was 95% water, their syrup went out! So I dumped the drink. The owner asked what I was doing & I told him- he yelled at me that I'm the only one who has complained, it's fine, and I still have to pay for it!!!!
