On the basis of that long experience, I would highly recommend this fuel center because of its convenient location in a good neighborhood, easy-in/out, and their clean/uncluttered lot. Now it seems, I have to drop the "highly" from my praise. In the past week I've been inconvenienced/delayed on consecutive visits by malfunctions of their computer system - momentary interruptions or unexpected reboots - either before or while I was pumping gas. Long lines form at the window while the clerk vaguely explains to each customer that we can't pump gas (or pay with credit or debit card, or get receipts for gas already pumped), because their "system has gone down". Not good, Fred Meyer. Ger 'er fixed, or customers like us (who pass up other gas stations to get to your fuel center) will soon stop visiting your location.

It's not that there not working, my complaint is that they may not have sufficient help to both take care of sales and to keep up with all of the other needed work. Probably due to the job demands, the staff members were not very pleasant either.
