However, each phone call only left me more frustrated, disappointed and annoyed. What is the point of the prepaid label drop off if I have to stand in line to scan my package in order to keep USPS and the workers accountable? I don't appreciate the unsolicited 'advice' when the situation is already out of my hands and there is nothing I can do. I've never had a problem with the drop-off box until now. Instead of placing responsibility back on the customer, there should be better accountability or something in place to prevent packages from disappearing in the first place.
