They do all the normal things post offices do! Parking can be tricky. They only have like 6 spots in their actual parking lot, which is also the drive-thru mailboxes, so consider parking on main street, especially if it's a busy time (like just before closing). Also, some older GPS might have the old (numbered) street names, where the post office is on a numbered street. It is, in fact, on Pendleton Way.

He did not make me feel bad that the store was closing soon, but rather took the time to make sure my print job was done correctly and apologized for the brief wait. Jazz was exceedingly polite and called me Madam, which is a lovely change from ma'am and made me feel quite sophisticated in my frazzled pre Christmas state. She seems to serve no purpose to the function of the establishment, as she literally just sits there. The first time I came across her, she made judgmental comments about my toddler being in his stroller & getting antsy waiting in line. The second time, I asked if I could just leave my package on the counter since it's pre-paid, & she responded to me like I was stupid & like my question was completely I convenient for her. I had to come here to get the keys to the mailbox in my new house, and on today's occasion, to pick up a package that required a signature for which nobody was home to sign for on the original delivery attempt. There are only a few parking spaces, and it is not clear where one is supposed to park. There is a small, utilitarian lobby with a single service window. No postage is sold here, nor can you do most of the things you can do at a "regular" post office. The one constant throughout is the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. They are seriously great, and do a really good job.
