I recorded the trucks tag, truck number and DOT number and immediately called the company to report the damage. At first the safety manager asked me for a repair quote. i sent it and after not answering my calls for several weeks, the safety manager said they would not pay for the damage since I did not pull the driver over. They texted me telling me they could pick the doors up the same evening for $175. I agreed and one guy showed up with a proper heads up and ETA. I tipped and paid $200 cash total. About a week later I found the same doors in the bushes behind my condo parking lot. I texted and called the business. I was told this was an accident and the doors would be picked up that same evening. Later that evening I noticed they still hadn't come, they updated the ETA to the next morning. That would've been today, the doors were still in the bushes when I got back from work. They are not answering calls or text messages. I work for a small business and wanted to give them the opportunity to correct this issue in private. They don't seem interested. Not sure if my experience is unique but I am out $200 and have to deal with disposal myself. Do not use this company

He came 40 minutes late, I had to transport MY OWN TVs as he didn't have the materials and then was trying NOT to move my stuff off the elevator until I send him this 150 dollars additionally from the 350. I told him I would move it when all of my stuff was in my unit he tried to hold my stuff as collateral. Money was never an option and this company is VERY unprofessional. Use ANYONE else.

It's a franchise so calling the 1-800-number does nothing and they won't tell you how to contact the franchise directly.

After an entire week without any pickups, I decided to cancel our service. When I contacted Eunice, she stated, "The driver said the recycling or trash was not set out." However, both the trash and recycling bins were placed out the day before the scheduled pickup, as they always are.

What a grand way to run a business. He asked, "I guess a better question is how do you know the movers who brought this to the storage unit (before his guys) didn't damage the furniture?" He then proceeded to say "If you never took the blankets off to inspect in storage how could you be SO sure they weren't damaged?" EXCUSE ME. Because it's my furniture and I pay attention.
