Great customer service! I sent out Yelp request for bids and I received responses within 2 hours. I went with a local company that would come to my driveway and shred on premise. They advised cost and I had some additional paper that wasn't boxed and said they could do it. Pricing was very reasonable. Scheduling was quick, simple and a separate email was sent with the day and time. I had to change that date and they immediately rescheduled for a better date. Another email was sent before the came explaining driver would call when in route within 30 min. The driver called promptly and arrived in 20 min. The driver loaded paper in a totum bin and kept going until completely done. My tips: Remove binder clips when packing in bin or box as they have to be removed before shredding. I didn't know but looked for them while driver was shedding. The left- over empty boxes are a mad mess but at least the papers are gone and safely shredded. They did an awesome job!!! read more

First time using this service today and my only regret not not using them sooner!! The location was very easy to find and the process was seamless! I drove up and there were already quite a few cars in line waiting to drop off shredding. Once it was my turn, a very nice employee (Davion) explained the process to me and he began loading my two bags into the bin. I needed a way to shred a few boxes of personal documents. I looked around for a while - most of the big companies didn't deal with residential. There are local shipping stores where you can bring in things to be shredded. Not unreasonable. But then I found Patriot. Dealing with them was clear and simple. Scheduled via email. They came to my house within a 2 hour window with a bin and truck. I dumped the contents into the bin in the driveway and the truck shredded it right there. It took under 10 minutes. During COVID, everything was easily socially distant... I never touched anything of theirs and they didn't have to touch anything of mine. The driver, Josh, was pleasant and easy to deal with. They sent an electronic invoice right away. AND it was a little cheaper than bringing it into a shop. Would call them again in a heartbeat. read more

I had an unknown number of boxes (they were in a storage unit) that I needed shredded. I got a call 45 minutes before the driver was set to arrive, which gave me ample time to meet them. The driver showed up and showed me a video screen that was pointed at the internal shredding device in the truck and allowed me to monitor the process. That way, I was able to confirm that the shredding was actually happening. The other awesome feature was that I didn't need to worry about paper clips, binder clips, or any other metal in the files. The truck ate them all. Awesome service and complete peace of mind that my sensitive documents were destroyed. I ended up having 28 boxes, and the price was reasonable. $149 for the first 10 boxes. $5 for each box over that. Plus they took the boxes with them! Recommend!!! read more
